My father is in Ravenswood Care Center. It's very nice and very clean. We've never actually seen the room due to COVID, but we're very pleased with the staff. They have bingo, a place for them to go and walk around, game nights, and movie time. The dining area is always nice and clean, and it's very roomy. It is a little expensive, but it's worth it.

I had a friend of mine at the facility for 5 years and the center was very caring and took very good care of her. The staff tries really hard and are very compassionate. We appreciate everything everyone does.

My mother was a resident of RCC for 8.5 years with dementia before she passed away. The facility was very clean, the rooms had a more home effect rather than a hospital effect. Always had excellent caring staff. If there was a complaint it was always resolved quickly. Activities was excellent, always something going on for the residents. Holiday activities was very excellent, with parties and good food, entertainment. Families were always invited to attend these events which made the residents feel happy to have their loved ones with them. My husband and I was volunteers at RCC for 13.5 years which we shared many wonderful memories of the residents & the facility. I have and would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a assistant living facility.

They were very attentive at Ravenswood Care Center. They provided a lot of assistance, and they were very good. Communication was great. My mom was in a room with another lady, and it was a nice facility for her. The dining room was very nice, and the common areas were comfortable. It did not look institutional. The people that work there knew the residents on a first name basis.

This is a great facility. The employees are very personable, caring and loving to their patients. I would highly recommend them . My mother is a patient and has severe dementia and had broken both hips , then the right hip again. She was in severe pain and she had used all of her medicare care. So I knew I could no longer care for her myself, nor depend on outside help. I began to check out facilities and of course had already direct experience with 3 other facilities that I would never consider after first hand experience. There fore the choice was between 2. Ravenswood won our hearts. My Mom loves it there.

My Mother is there in a private room. She is a handful at home , so I looked for a place for her. This facility is immaculately clean, the people that care for her are all very special & caring. It is a very lovely place and you do not have that terrible smell that yo experience in most facilities . The prices are reasonable .

My father lived at the care center for many years before his death. He was well-cared for and loved by the staff. The food is excellent-- all home cooked, from scratch! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The price is reasonable, especially compared to other facilities and for the amazing care given by the staff. This facility was such a blessing to my family. I recommend this without reservation to anyone looking for a great place for an elderly loved one.
