Horrible food, not enough food for a bird to eat. No generator so the electric is out there's no air and if a patient is on oxygen, how dies their machine work? Floor is nasty bc they don't clean it, barely run a sweeper. Stinks horribly bc they keep it cleaned up. Attitude from each nurse is bad and they give u a look of being inconvenienced when u need assistance. Don't let u know meds are low until the patient is completely out. I could keep going but i won't. You should have a good picture of the place and it's morons.

Mom is comfortable at Chateau Grove. She likes it. They seem to be treating her fine. Most of the staff there that I have run into have been absolutely wonderful. These people worked with me and got the price down so I can afford it. The place is clean, but the ceiling tiles need to be replaced because they're moldy. Also, as an activity therapist, I was hoping activities would be available for my mother, although I knew she would not take part in them. I kind of hoped activities would be there. I've seen on their list that they have Bingo and I think she said they have church on Wednesday and Sunday nights. The food is very good, but the problem is, most of the time, I think it is cold when it finally gets served.

I have placed my mother in Chateau Grove. I was able to get her in there very quickly, and she seems to like it. The people that I've spoken to and seen are very nice. I'm not really impressed with it, but my mother is happy and comfortable there.

My sister placed her over at Chateau Grove, and that’s where she’s at right now. One Sunday dinner there, it seemed like she had a pretty good dinner. She seems to be doing fine. She has people she can talk to. She seems to like the atmosphere. They have a local church that comes in and pastors and people that come in and sing with them. They have a prayer and a little bit of The Word, and there were several residents in attendance.
