My sister is at Orchard Crest LLC. It's very new and very comfortable. They have many of the same options that other places that I visited had. For instance, they have a little coffee stand, and they have a hairdresser that comes in. It is easy to get around. It's all just one great big square. I have yet to find a staff member or a caregiver who is not caring, very responsible, and very attentive to all of the residents. In terms of activities, they have exercises every day. Twice a day, they have activities such as batting the balloon back and forth, they have bingo games, and they have arts and crafts kinds of things that they do. There's a quite variety of different physical activities that they provide. The food is very good. They get three meals a day, and they're nutritious meals. They have vegetables, fruits, and all of that.

Orchard Crest was very nice. It was about the same as the other place, but they had a little store inside their retirement community. It was fantastic. Jackie is the gal that takes people around and introduces them to everything. She is fabulous. She is very, very nice and very informative about everything they offer. She showed everything they have. They have a lot of variety of different apartments that you can choose from. Their highest apartment I think was 760 some square feet, and it was a very nice apartment. I got a very good feeling about that. I really like that place better than the one that my sister is in. They were awesome. The rooms were beautiful. The one that my sister would have gone into was a beautiful apartment. It was around Halloween, and they had it all decorated in the lobby, all over, and down the halls with Halloween decorations. I saw them playing bingo, and it looked like the people were having fun.

I toured Orchard Crest LLC. They have a lot of amenities to choose from, and it was very welcoming. The atmosphere was nice. The staff was very friendly, and she answered all my questions. So it was a nice experience. They had just about everything. They had a pool, a gym, a theater, and a hair salon.

My mother-in-law has moved into Orchard Crest. The staff has been wonderful, warm, and caring. Her room is just fine, but they provide excellent services. It's the perfect place for her. They had a buffet at lunchtime, and in the evening you can order off a menu. It's right in line with what everybody else charges. They're just starting a walking program for select people to come down and go in very small isolated groups, and they're offering in-room exercise incentives.

The staff-members that I met in Orchard Crest were friendly, and the people there were happy. I was there at a time when not a lot of people were around. They have nice facilities for their residents' activities. They were redoing the dining room during our visit.

Orchard Crest was a very nice place, except they had a couple of “sticky fingers” there. I had things come up missing every time I turned around. That was the problem there. They pick up things you leave in your room. My apartment was large and very nice.

My father-in-law is in Orchard Crest. It has been very good. We've been very pleased with the accommodations and what they offer, and he has been enjoying himself there. The staff is very good. Comparing the rooms to the other ones, they’re a little bit more spacious. We felt like, for what we were getting for the money, we are getting a very good, high-quality room and service. We spent less but got more. They have reached out to me when they have concerns, really watched him as a new resident, and called me when they had a concern about him. They are really keeping a close eye on him and making sure that he is taking advantage of all the amenities being offered and getting his money’s worth. I was really impressed with that.

I like Orchard Crest very much. The facility and the people are very nice and very friendly. The activities are good. They have a nice one-bedroom unit with a balcony, which I liked a lot. They have bingo, wine and cheese nights, poker, movies, and sports on the big screen.

Orchard Crest Retirement & Assisted Living would have been a perfect location for my mom. It is a beautiful new building. It is in very good condition, and they have very good staff.

I would not recommend Orchard Crest. My dad was not getting showered, and they were not getting his teeth brushed. His apartment was always filthy. They would not clean it. The bathroom was terrible. I used to go there to clean the bathroom floor and the kitchen floor. I just do not think they care that much about people because we felt like he was not being cared for.

My mother and father-in-law moved in to Orchard Crest. I liked their approach to care and the fact that they had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment available for 2 individuals to move into. I like the people. Their staff is wonderful and caring. Everybody that we have had any interaction with has been warm and caring. They have all kinds of activities. They have craft activities. They have a bus that takes the residents on scenic drives and out for outings. They will take the residents for doctor's appointments. They serve 3 meals a day. I have eaten in their dining room. The food was outstanding. It's a beautiful place. It's modern, it's clean, it's light and bright. Our experience at Orchard Crest has been extremely positive.

I would say the Orchard Crest is an quite impressive place. The facility is very nice and very spacious. Their dining area is very nice, as well as their rooms. The people seem to be friendly. I would not mind living there when I get of age.

Orchard Crest is top of the line. We went to a barbeque party there. They gave us a tour of the whole place and everybody was real friendly. They showed us their craft rooms, sewing rooms, movie rooms and they play Wii bowling. It's absolutely gorgeous. All of the furnishings in the lobby and dining room were top notch.

Please be aware of the exorbitant "damages" charges. My father lived here for only 4months before passing away. The "damages" that we were charged upon checking out are extraordinary. $1800 for less than 15 ft of laminate countertop. Over $1750 for 68 say of carpeting. The contract states that they will not charge anything higher than the local industry standard, but after checking with several contractors, they have all told me that these prices are exorbitant. Please sign their rental contract carefully.

My Grandpa moved to this facility after having not such a pleasant experience elsewhere. Needless to say it was a giant improvement. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy and give the residents plenty to do. When I visited I was surprised how nice the entry way and lobby where. the rooms were nice as well and provided above adequate space for an individual. The staff was great and very helpful. I think the staff was one of the reasons my grandpa liked this facility so much better, well that and the food. The food there was actually very good, which surprised me a bit. I was expecting cheap cafeteria food, but was shown otherwise.
