I'm visiting my parents at Broadway Court Estates. It is where they live now. I went there a lot. They're clean. The workers are friendly. They're great. They're responsive. They got great activities all the time. They have all kinds of activities. They take them road trips and little bus rides. They have exercise, and they have a movie theater. It's pretty good. They have a beautiful room. It's a nice place. The food has gone down a little bit in quality since Covid. That's the only thing that is negative: the food isn't as good as it used to be. The staff is great. They're excellent.

My friend really liked Broadway Court Estates. It's beautiful. They've got big rooms and full kitchens. They have a swimming pool. They got it all. They got some beautiful furniture in their lobbies, and the setup was beautiful there. That's what my friend liked about it. They probably had the biggest rooms of all the ones we saw. I have nothing bad to say about that place. We didn't eat there, but the smells that come out in the kitchens make you hungry. Everybody that we met was on their best behavior. We didn't see anybody that would try your patience at all. They were all real professional, very courteous, and told us everything that we wanted to know, and even sat down with you to ask any questions. They even gave you numbers to call them back and ask the question, if you couldn't think of it at the time. They were all good that way, and just real helpful. Each apartment had their own full size washrooms. It's a wow when you walk into there.

My mom will be moving to Broadway Court Estates. The pricing was the biggest considering factor for us. They have an indoor swimming pool, so my mom can do water aerobics, and the people there are very nice and helpful. The facility is nice and very well-maintained, it's probably 20 years old but it doesn't look like it. Every person I've met that's on their staff there is excellent. I'm in the construction company so I look at the details, and this company that runs this place looks at those details too, and they maintain them. So I know that there are not going to be problems with the unit or the facility. They offer meals two times a day, they have a salon and everything that she is going to need is right there in one facility.

Broadway Court Estates was nice. The people were super nice. One of the ladies that live there even showed us her apartment. It was a two-bedroom. It had everything. They have washers and dryers and all the appliances. The lady had pretty much everything she needed. It was a cute little place with lots of light. They have a library and a movie theater. They have activities like games and trips. The building was very nice and big. The staff was great. They gave us a tour and all the information. They answered any questions we had.

We have chosen Broadway Court Estates. The community is nice and clean. The apartment is a decent size. We particularly like the floor layout of the ground unit that we're getting because it has easy access to outside and a deck or patio actually where my brother will be able to spend some time outside since he's blind. The food options are very good. They have a lot of activities including a swimming pool. They seem to be very good about maintenance and upkeep there. The place is extremely clean. I was happy to see a handrail throughout the hallways, so it's easy to navigate. The hallways are very wide, and it's very light and spacious. I have not tried their food, but the dining area is very nice. They have both a full dining room and a café-style like in the 1950s, so I'm looking forward to it. They have the usual bingo, movie nights, poker games, and a couple of groups for the different games. They have a bridge club and a men's poker. They've got swimming activities. However, they do not provide lunch as part of the meal plan, and their breakfast is only continental rather than a full-sized breakfast, and that's the only negative issue I have seen to have found of them so far. The staff was excellent.

Broadway Court Estates is extremely clean. They have a huge swimming pool, and they give you a big raised garden bed in the spring for your own. They've got a theater, a gym, and excellent food. The whole place is just really nice. They also have two libraries. Amanda was wonderful. She did great during the tour. The dining room is also fantastic. It looks like a restaurant, actually, and that place was just spotless.

My father-in-law moved into Broadway Court Estates, and it's beautiful. He has a little apartment, it is nice, and it has a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. They seem great, the staff is good, and he's actually gained weight, so he's definitely eating. They have a ton of activities, they invite him to participate, they have Wii bowling, card nights, cocktail nights, and really fun dinners, but he won't leave his room.

Broadway Court Estates is absolutely superb in every category. It's excellent, and that's where I would like to stay. They have an extraordinary activity schedule. It's impossible for anybody to do it all. There's quite a few things every day for all different kinds of interests, talents, and age groups. My brother-in-law has a one-bedroom apartment that has all the amenities including a washer and dryer, huge shower, large kitchen, large living area, and a patio deck outside the living area. It's a fantastic apartment.

Broadway Court was the one that we like. When we walk in it was all light and bright. It was very up to date, the colors were good and the people were smiling. We look at the residents as we walk in and they are engaged with each other. They have two meals a day there and we did have lunch. They have a game room, craft room, lounges, theatre room, and a bus that takes them to places.

Broadway Court Estates is an excellent place. The food is wonderful, tastes good, warm, and the servers are very good. They have a lot of really nice activities. All the staff and the management just go out of their way to do whatever they can for you. My apartment is really nice.

The rooms at Broadway Court Estates were very large. All of the rooms had balconies, which we liked a lot. They provided three meals a day and all kinds of activities every day. They lack medical staff, though, but the staff is very nice and very friendly. They have movies, games, excursions, and wine and cheese nights.

Broadway Court Estates was a very good place. They had all the amenities that I would like to have. The people were nice too. The person who showed me around was very nice. My daughter was with me and we were both impressed with this place. They did have a nice dining room and a nice lunch room. They also have very nice apartments. Their apartments have a stove, a refrigerator, a washer and a dryer. Broadway Court Estates is a very nice place to be. I talked to some of the tenants too and they were very nice.

I visited Broadway Court Estates, which was really neat. We walked in, and everyone was smiling. I walked down the hall, and the people waved, smiled, and talked to me. They were happy. It was nice and light. They had a pool and a hot tub, and a great chef and good food. They did not have a community fee like all the rest of the other places I visited did. They went on trips to different places and take you to doctors if you need it or the bank. There were a lot of activities that they would do. I enjoyed it, and I'm still thinking about it.

Two years ago my wife and I came to the conclusion we could not take care of our home anymore, So It was time to move on. Having entertained at many retirement facilities over the last ten years it made our decision fairly easy. The only place to hang our hat was Broadway Estates, and after two years we know we made the right decision. We currently have elected to provide our own food, mainly because we want to eat on our time. Having arthritic problems it is wonderful to take advantage of the pool for our exercise, even though they provide a director for pool exercise, we can go other times as well, and we use the pool at least six times a week. There is no chance to get bored as there is entertainment everyday of the week, as well as craft, classes. We also have plenty of access to exercise, movies, and a library. As many of us say. Here's our regards from Broadway, the only place to hang your hat. When you retire at Broadway Court, you'll have some new friends with whom to chat. Some time there's entertainment, you'll join in with a happy song. So here's our regards from old Broadway, we hope that you'll be here ere long.
