I'm now a resident of Heights by Vintage. The apartments are lovely. They're proportioned nicely. I like the amenities in the unit. There's a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer in particular. The units are very well cared for. The staff are really quick, and they do a good job. So far, the staff is great. They're all very friendly. They're all willing to help. They respond quickly. The first thing I noticed is that they're going to have a community breakfast on the 28th, so that was kind of a pleasant surprise. They have functions from time to time for the residents. I haven't been here long enough to experience all of them, but the breakfast was a real surprise, so I'm looking forward to that. As far as my building is concerned there is a lovely common area that they have set up, which is easily accessible, and it's very nice.

This place looks nice from a Gallery Portrait And it is Quiet, most of the time. But there is no Continuity with the staff., The building is filthy trash everywhere., Security is a joke, the Garage doors have been Broke for over a year. Mail rm lights don’t work, maintenance staff is non-existent. Garage security doors don’t work. 55 and up is not true, renters Beware yes I live here

Do not move here!!!!!! The place is filthy, the rent is too high for what u get and FPI Management is the worst property management run by ppl with no humanity or heart. The staff is a one person show. The parking garage gates have been broken since April 2024 so they say “controlled access” is false and they charge u a monthly fee to park. Not a secure place for u or ur automobile for the u controlled access is opened to the public to walk in any time.

This place advertises controlled access which is false. Access is thru parking garage and now 2 garage gates are broken. One gate broken for at least 4 months and this complex is right off International Boulevard which any stranger can walk into. Also advertises 55+ which is also false. A lot of kids live here so management is NOT controlling the 55+ concept, dog area poop garbage bags overflowing for months and dog poop inside the gated area…gross. The management here neglects much of the property overall. Elevators are filthy, stairwells dirty, garage has lots of garbage all around, staff never answering phones or in office during the hours they say are opened. Controlled access is a must here and management continues to neglect fixes throughout the complex. Definitely over prices for what is available. Look elsewhere for the management should be lowing price to live here due to the filth and broken down secured access.

The apartments at Heights by Vintage were clean and nice. They had nice amenities. They had a pool table, a media room, and a fitness center. I like that the bathrooms in the apartments were really large. They had a full-size washer-dryer, too, which was nice. The staff who assisted me was very nice.

Heights by Vintage was a huge complex. I was given a tour of the 2-bedroom unit as well as the 1-bedroom unit, but they were very, very small. They had activity rooms and a library but didn't have a pool or a hot tub. The staff that I met was very pleasant.

I will move my mother into Heights by Vintage. It was just perfect, and I loved it. It was a nice and clean facility. The location was kind of rough because they were kind of hidden away, but they had awesome security. The staff was knowledgeable, and they helped a lot. The dining area looked great. They had a nice big card room and game room. They had a sewing facility, an artwork facility, a nice movie theater, and a very nice workout room. The only thing I was disappointed with was they told me there were more units available to choose from, but when we finally signed up, it was not the one that my mother wanted. But still, it was all good.

I was pretty much sold on Heights by Vintage. I like that place. It's very well taken care of. It's very modern. It's a pretty new complex. It's a 2021 building, so everything there looks really good. I'm not crazy about the room sizes because it's a little short for me. That's kind of a common thing now, so that's not a big issue for me, especially for the price they offer me for it. They're very nice rooms. Nice color and nice paint. The kitchen appliances are brand new. The bedrooms are nice. They're carpeted, too. For amenities, they have a library and a fitness room. No pool or hot tub or anything like that. This place is nice. The pictures that they have on the website are what you see when you get there, and that's great. The staff who assisted me was top-notch.

I toured Heights by Vintage. Security is horrible. I don't think they can improve on that. Everywhere you look, there are cameras, warning signs, and notification that this place is patrolled. It's like, it's a high crime district. Even your car has to be locked up at night. The parking lot is behind locked doors, so you have to key in and key out the whole bit. It's very secure for your car, but that means that a lot of things going on around you are not secure. On the exterior, there is no place to walk, and there's no place to go do exercises outside. And on the interior, I went to the exercise room, and it has never been used. It's like everybody does not want to get out of their hotel room. Whatever it is, they just don't get out and socialize. I went to the beautifully appointed craft room. They provide crafts for people to use, and I can see that nobody has used them. So it's like no socialization whatsoever. I did not see any maintenance, and the gal that was helping me, when I said that I couldn't be there because the bathroom is wrong, she became very cold and unsocial. The bathrooms were not adequate, and they have no air conditioning. They have a social room, a movie room, and other rooms that you could have. Some rooms you can go in as individuals and other rooms were for rent. For example, when I walked in and she said, 'Oh, would you like some water? Or if you want a snack, they're available here for purchase.' I thought that's kind of cold for inviting people in. And then she mentioned that on Saturday they're going to have an open house for seniors, and they're having pizza and playing dominoes. 'You're having pizza for people who are diabetics? The staff is all young and not aware of the social needs of senior citizens.
