My mother has moved into The Reserve At Lynnwood. It's very secure. I like that it's clean, it's obviously newer. They've just opened last year. The staff seemed very helpful in getting you not only in the process of getting in, but also after, which is really nice. My mom is in a studio, and it seems relatively spacious. They don't have any food; I wish they had something else. They have food bank coordination, and things like that, which is nice, but total independent living situation. It would be nice to have food. They have a nice little kitchenette, so it would be nice if they could do that. They have everything, it's amazing. They have a library/computer lab. They have a 24-hour gym. They have a pool and a spa hot tub, which is really nice. They have a beautiful courtyard with public seating and barbecues. They have two big common TV areas. They have what looks like a dining area, but you can meet somebody for lunch there, and bring your lunch down with the little kitchenette and coffee. It's pretty nice. They have a huge game room. They haven't really coordinated stuff yet because the staff has really been working on filling the place. There have been many new activities, and I think they are going to work on that like potlucks, and game nights, and stuff like that. The price is a little high, but for the location, it's not bad, and it's new. If you're really on a fixed income, I worry about that for people, but we're helping my mom.

The Reserve at Lynnwood was expensive. The community was OK. You walk into the building and it's pretty clean. The apartment was clean. The people were friendly. Everyone was saying hi and everything. The lady gave me the key and told me to go and look in that apartment, but I never really saw any activity. She said they have a studio and a one-bedroom, and I looked at the one-bedroom apartment. It had a kitchenette, a small dining room/living room where you can put a sofa, and a full-size bathroom. The bedroom was a good size. They have an up-and-down washer and dryer and a few cabinets. They have a beauty salon downstairs. They also have a gym and an indoor pool downstairs. I saw a dining room where they do parties and stuff. You have to prepare your own food.

We applied a couple of weeks ago. The process was a bit unorganized. Tye called me several times to say that a document wasn't received even though I submitted it online. Then I replied via email with the attachment. And still received a call that it wasn't received. Finally they said we were conditionally approved. But that I would be hearing from Heather to go over final details. I NEVER received a call from Heather. Today, I replied to the last email to let them know that my mom needs more care than independent living will provide and we'd like the $200 deposit refunded. Again, I never received written or verbal confirmation that the credit was approved. Since I was 24 hours after the fictional approval, they won't refund the deposit money. How could I have canceled in 24 hours when I never received verbal or written notification that we were approved? Conditional approval is not the same as final approval. Not only am I dealing with my mom's recent diagnosis that she has rapidly increasing dementia. She is now out $200 that should go to her care. I have attempted to contact them with the dispute without receiving a response.

I went to The Reserve At Lynnwood. It was just what I wanted because I saw it being built and I wanted to go back there. They just turned me loose to walk around on my own. The staff gave me a key and I went in and looked at an empty room even though it was already rented. The apartment was nice, it was what I was looking for. They have different ones like two bedrooms with two baths or one bedroom that kind of thing. They have different varieties of rooms. There was a swimming pool, an exercise room, a library, and a huge area on the main floor that was kind of a lounging area with different TV set-up in different areas. They have a little bistro. It's all closed down, and I don't think it's what it will be if they lift some of the restrictions in the area. It's not quite as busy as the other ones.

My tour to The Reserve At Lynnwood was very good. They were very helpful and the facility was nice. They have all the amenities that you're looking for and it's well-maintained also. When I went in, I wanted a studio and they have one already. The staff also showed me a 1-bedroom. They had exercise rooms, a sauna and there's a swimming pool, and they had a dining room there. They had a lot more than I was expecting. For me, the location is perfect because it's close to stores, close to a mall and it's close to everything you want.

Our tour experience at The Reserve at Lynnwood was good, but they had no two-bedrooms available. They said they wouldn't have any available since the list is full for October. We did put our name on the list for next year. The person we talked to there was very nice and very professional. I like the fact that she let us see a studio apartment and trusted us with the key so we could go see it instead of her coming with us. Usually, people come with you. It's a very nice place, but the studio was just too small for my husband and me. My husband plays guitar professionally, so we would need a two-bedroom since he has equipment. We were told about the storage and the extra $100 for a car. We didn't care much for the parking because it's like where we live right now. I have my own spot here because I have trouble with my legs. The staff said I could get one if I had a handicap sign, but I don't have a handicap sign for my vehicle because I still can walk and everything. It's just my doctor just gave me a note that states I should get my own parking spot here. It's a beautiful independent living place, but it's in a really busy area. I didn't care much for that because I like to have peace and quiet. If somebody is looking for a place, they're single, and they're looking for a studio, I would recommend The Reserve. The kitchen was really nice, but the studios are just tiny little things where you actually sleep in your own living room. They also had grab bars -- the handicap bars -- in the bathrooms. The amenities were beautiful. They have a whirlpool type of thing and a regular pool, which was nice. They said that you could reserve a pool table and stuff like that if you wanted to have people over. They had a gym, which would help me out because I can go and ride a bike there. No ellipticals and treadmills for me -- I can walk on them, but I can't run on them. They have a courtyard that is very pretty and very beautiful. The only thing about it is it's in the middle of the apartments. They had a huge social room and a library with computers. We got to meet one man with a walker and he seemed nice. When we were walking through, a lady said hello to us, but we also saw people around who were really kind of reserved. I think they had activities, too, because I saw tables in one of the rooms right there where they have the tables separated. I think they should probably put the apartment numbers on the parking spaces. I think that helps a lot when you have visitors. It's also not gated, and that kind of gives me an issue because it's a pretty busy area. It's OK, but because of the homeless people -- they're everywhere here -- I don't know how safe we could be. I did like the fact that you could buzz in to see the person in the office. You had to call a number to buzz in, and I liked that. It's not like you could just walk in and see them. They also have fobs and things like that for the pool area and the library. I also like the fact that the mailbox was inside the building. Here in our current place, we have to walk or drive to my mailbox. The parking is the issue, though; they should have more parking, especially for the people who come into the office or visitors. The lady was very professional. She was in the office, and she told us about everything. It's five floors of apartments, so we like the fact that they had the elevator. We used to live on the third floor, so for grocery shopping we had a little cart thing like the one you get at Walmart. We put all our stuff on the cart and went up the elevator.

So, what seemed to be such a positive experience when I first moved in has pretty much gone downhill. I guess I should have listened to all the tenants that I met the first couple days telling me to not keep my hopes up. 7 out of 10 told me that they're super nice to you when you first move in but once you're in they'll never be there for you.... If you are very hard of hearing and you don’t have a vehicle and you don’t order online – then this is the place for. So where do I start, I moved here so I could have peace and quiet and do job interviews and that was the whole point. Shortly after I moved in, I see you notice on one of the elevators stating that they'll be construction closing the entrance to the apartments for 10 days. I didn't think much about it until the next morning when 40 ft outside of my window all I heard were huge trucks and backup alarms. Now mind you I am on the street side literally facing the traffic 30 40 feet away. I would estimate there's about 8 10 units that face it. The rest are faced away on the sides and in the back. From that point forward every morning starting about 6:30 a.m. I started hearing the trucks roll in. My two only windows the living room and bedroom both are next to the street. All I could hear until up to 6:00 p.m. every day was huge trucks rattling my doors the backup alarms from the trucks sledgehammers drills. My dogs were a nervous wreck as I was. I had to cancel two zoom interviews that I took me weeks to set up for CTO jobs. It was so loud I had to blast my TV on full blast to even hear it. Day in day out after 10 days I realized only 1/10 of the street was done. Mind you the streets were all tore up we had to take detours in and out all over the place most people thought it was inconvenience it was a little nightmare for me I may as well have been working in a construction zone. My nerves were so bad I had a full-on MS flare up and decided I had to get out of there, so I went to camping. I had to spend quite a bit of money to get all my stuff (in the van I was going to sell) to go camping and the whole 13-day camping trip ended up costing me about $600. Which was cheaper than a hotel. It was so peaceful I didn’t want to come back. Other neighbors on my side went and stayed with relatives. When I returned home after 13 days I was devastated to see the construction still wasn't even close to done. I was physically exhausted from camping and unpacking that when got into my apartment I collapsed. My other vehicle was here and the only time I left over the next few days was to run to the grocery store across the street for 10 minutes… as soon as I got home there was nowhere to park I spent almost 2 hours driving around trying to find a parking spot when I finally did I was relieved and collapsed to bed and spent the next few days listening to brain rattling construction noises and having a complete MS relapse. My son got a call from my mother in Utah saying that she got a piece of mail that the towing company here had my car. By the time we found out what was going on it was almost $700 to get it out. The apartments didn't even bother to let me know I'd accidentally parked in the postal service spot. Before they towed somebody last time they sent out a text to everybody this time not even a text. They could have easily looked on camera to see it was me and I'm know they knew it was my car because they'd heard about it before. So that month cost me $636 in towing fees over $600 to go camping just so I could get away from the noise. I've had multiple deliveries disappear that Amazon Walmart FedEx and UPS stated was left at my front door that I am not going to get refunds on. I tried to put a camera on my front door so I can capture it but was told to take it down. The parking again there are many spots allocated for the retail for the office to for the trash dumpsters one for the postman all of which are used for a couple hours a day. In the parking garage there's nine of the best spots in well-lit area that are reserved for employees. Last night I tried to park in my spot in the garage and the spot so small and the driver next to me parked on his line I got my car halfway in and couldn't move it anymore it was 1/8 inch from the cement beam and 4 inches from the car to my right. I had to sit in the garage till almost midnight to have somebody help me. This place has become my own hell.

My mom is really happy living in The Reserve at Lynnwood. She's made some new friends, and I think she's doing great. Her room is very nice. It's accessible, has everything she needs, and it was brand new when she moved in. Due to COVID, there hasn't really been much going on, but they just started to open up the pool and the gym. I've chosen this place for her because it's a very safe place. There's secure parking, the hallways are nice and wide, the shower has a bar, and all those things that make it easy for her as she's getting older, to be able to get around safely and comfortably. It is really clean and well-kept too.

I have chosen to move into The Reserve At Lynnwood. I like the location. It is next to everything that I like. The location is right where I want to be. My room is brand new and it's nice. The staff members were very nice and helpful. We don't have a dining area, but the facility itself very nice. There's a saltwater swimming pool, there's a 24-hour gym, a big activity room with a full kitchen, an outdoor quarter with some fireplaces, a library, and a business computer room. It's nice. As far as I can tell, the maintenance is good. I'm not fully moved in yet, I haven't done any activities, and it's Covid, so you can't do any activities.

I did a tour of The Reserve at Lynwood and I liked it. They were great, the staff was great and the facility was awesome. Heather was very good, it was Covid time so I got to tour it on my own. The layout was awesome, the directions are good and the rooms are good. I wanted to move in. The rooms are very clean and very nice. Everything looked wonderful, as far as I could tell. It was not very populated at the time I went there, there weren't that many people around, so it looked great. I saw their amenities and what would work for me would be the weight room and pool area. I also would enjoy the library and the fireplace.

I'm planning to move into Reserve at Lynnwood sometime in March. It's an excellent community. I was able to go there in person, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They showed a 1-bedroom. They were excellent. They had an exercise room, a club room, and things like that.

We went to the Reserve at Lynnwood but we were not impressed. It wasn't planned very well and there's not enough parking. It doesn't appear like they offer very much at all. The staff members were friendly and nice and helpful. There's no room to add any parking, and it's like over 55 so a lot of people have cars, plus there are visitors. It's definitely a drawback.

I checked out the Reserve at Lynwood. It was very nice, it was quiet, brand new, attractive, and they had a lot of vacancies. The only thing is they're real small, but the price was really good. The staff was fine; excellent. I wish they were a little bigger.

Reserve at Lynnwood was really nice. My mother-in-law likes it, but she's from LA, so the weather is still not very adjustable to her. The tour guide was fairly nice, and she explained pretty much everything to us. The apartment was nice and well fit for elderly people, but the rent was very high. The room was adequate for one or even two people. They had nice community areas that they can share with other people. The dining area was beautiful and adequate, and they can walk around the hallways. I have been recommending it to others. It will do really well overall, but it's not for us right now.

What a beautiful place to call home! I toured the Reserve at Lynnwood for my Mom and would highly recommend it. It's brand new, stunning amenity spaces and stuff for the Residents to do together! My Mom needs people to be around and not stuck in an apartment all day and night. With all that's included, it's definitely a place that I would want my Mom to be. Because it's new, all the apartments are up to date with the finishes, there are washer and dryers included! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I'll be going to trivia night with my Mom when she moves in!
