My dad moved to Fairwinds - Brighton Court, and he's doing good. It's a great place, he got to know the people there, so it's working out well. The staff members are the best. Every person we talked to and had to deal with took extra time and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions that were being made there. The way that they handled the whole process of being admitted in there, and providing information and brochures, and the tour of the place, were all very professional. And they were very nice people, which made us feel very comfortable with him going there. The facility itself is very nice, and that's part of the reason we went there. The grounds were well-maintained, and it looks like it was a brand-new facility. They remodeled it recently, so the dining room looked like a restaurant. The rooms were all like apartments, he moved into a 1-bedroom apartment. It was updated, there was a new carpet, everything had been repainted, and it was very well kept up. It was like moving into a brand-new facility. We tried the food, it was good food and there was a great variety of menu items. The dining facility itself was a nice, clean, and brand new-looking restaurant with nice tables, tablecloths, and all that. It was honestly better than I thought it was going to be, it was like going to a restaurant. They do have several activities. I was there once when they had a car show, which was kind of cool, and they have a bunch of activities downstairs like bingo, exercise, happy hour, wine nights, and all sorts of neat stuff. I saw people participating in them and they all seem like they were having a great time. I got to meet a bunch of the residents, and I got to know some of the ladies because they're always out there in the living room area and I'd say hi to them. It was pretty much the same price for other places.

Our tour at Fairwinds - Brighton Court was fabulous. Everything was nice. We were able to get everything we wanted. The rooms were fine. The only thing was they didn't have two-bedrooms, and I wanted a two-bedroom. They had a central area for watching TV and socializing, and they had a bistro for snacks. The staff members were fabulous. They were very courteous.

Everybody that worked at Fairwinds-Brighton Court was really happy to help us. They were very eager to get my father-in-law in there and help him get adjusted. They seemed to be relatively familiar with older men that are a little shy and a little reserved, and they all had suggestions for bringing him out of his shell. Their rooms were beautiful. The people were all very friendly there, and the residents seemed to be very, very happy. The marketing director seemed to know everybody and everybody greeted her very warmly. They have a lot to do there. The only downside for us personally was it was so large, but it didn't feel large. We were fairly sure that might not work for my father-in-law, but when you got inside and experienced the family feel of it, it didn't feel that large inside. Another thing was they only offered one meal a day in your rent. So, if you want more than that, you have to pay extra for it. That's $175 a month for one meal, and that was something he was not interested in.

We found Fairwinds - Brighton Court for my mom, and she's gonna move there. We liked that it was very clean, the size was good, and they had the option between independent living and assisted living, so that was really nice. And also, we have known people who had been there and they gave it good reviews. Some of them, the washer/dryer are in the unit, and some are outside. It's very close, though. Inside the apartment, there's a kitchen, refrigerator, they have a dining room that serves meals, and then they have a bistro that's open all day. They have just really nice living areas for socializing and that kind of stuff, and they have a lot of activities too, so it seemed like it checked all the boxes. They were very prepared for us. They had good samples to show us and they answered all of our questions, so I would give it a high score. The staff was excellent, she was very kind, friendly, and very responsive to any questions. We saw in the front of the building, there were some benches, but it's a pretty urban area. But still they have greenery around and it's nice, but we didn't see any kind of outdoor socializing area.

Fairwinds Brighton Court is a very nice and pleasant place. The residents are very friendly, courteous, and have treated us well. The meals are good and it's kind of upscale, which is reflected in their charges as well. They were having some problems, but they got that straightened out. The facilities are very attractive and well-maintained. The staff is very polite and courteous, and they were very helpful even though we were just visitors.

I liked Fairwinds - Brighton Court. It has very nice common area facilities. They have a little bistro, a workout room, and somebody does hair and nails. The building was sort of in a C-shape, and it has this big park-like setting with the building wrapped around it. It was very comfortable. The rooms were very good with several layouts. One of the residents was kind enough to let us tour her room and see her space, and it was very nice. We saw a one-bedroom and a studio. They seemed comfortable, and not so small that you were cramped. It didn't seem like you were in a college dormitory or something like that. The staff and the residents were very friendly and welcoming. It's a very vibrant community. It's like they were excited to have somebody else come to be with them. They have a guest chef every week so they have special menu items and some flexibility. It seemed like they pay attention to the food and emphasize it, so it's something that residents can look forward to.

We really liked Fairwinds - Brighton Court. Everything about it was right, and the food was outstanding. The staff was nice, and the place looked great, but they didn’t have a 2-bedroom apartment available that they could show us. The place was clean and friendly, and the outside area was pleasant. It had a nice feel to it.

I've been here at Fairwinds - Brighton Court for nine months now. There are a lot of things to do here. The food is tasty and satisfying, and you can order other items if you don’t want the food that’s available. My apartment is very nice. We have a beauty shop, a living room, and a bistro.

Fairwinds - Brighton Court was very nice and in a nice location. The man who showed us around was an extremely nice person, very informative, and answered all my questions. The community was very nice, but the apartments were small and didn’t have a real kitchen. Downstairs was wonderful, the outside was great, and the people were nice. There was a very nice exercise room, a nice restaurant, a community room, a very small library, and a little coffee shop. They were having happy hour when I was there, and there were many people downstairs looking very happy.

My mother has been at Fairwind's - Brighton Court, Lynnwood for one year following recovery from a stoke. The facility is excellent for the professional, respectful and caring staff, the excellent care that is taken to maintain the facility, respond to residents and their family, provide for activities and food that is varied and well done, and for working with residents as partners in an adult living community.

Fairwinds-Brighton Court seemed to have a good atmosphere and had lots of good energy. The staff was very friendly. The rooms seemed smaller than the other places I’ve looked at. The dining area was set up really nice. I liked that you could order off the menu, and it was more of a restaurant style.

My friend liked everything about Fairwinds - Brighton Court except it was too far away from her doctor and pets. The person who helped us during our tour was exceptional. I liked everything there. We liked that they had a bistro where you can drink wine and beer.

We're moving to Fairwinds at Brighton Court. It is very positive and active. The minute we walked in, we knew it was home. People were doing things and going places. The staff as well as residents all greeted us. It has what we need and roomy rooms depending on which side of the building you're in. One of them we looked at wasn’t quite as light because of the window situation and where it was facing. The one we ended up taking is on the southwest corner which is sunny and bright with lots of windows. It is very nice. They have a scenic drive, exercise classes, book club, transportation to church, and discussion groups. It sounds like there are plenty of activities to do and you could be as busy as you want to be. The food was very good. The portions were small, but that’s what older folks need. There is a big variety of food if you don’t like the meal that is prepared for that day. You pick off of the menu, and it is very, very good.

I went to Fairwinds at Brighton Court for my father. The staff was wonderful in explaining their community. It was a very alive, vibrant community that seemed like a reall happy place. They have a bistro there. The people were independent, too, but there were attendants if they were to fall or have an emergency. They are given a Lifelight thing to wear. They provide medication management and assistance. The dining room was a formal dining room and looked like you’re going out to dinner. The rooms were very nice and had full bathrooms. I saw a studio and a one-bedroom. The facility was very nice, and I thought it was very reasonably priced. They have a lot of activities. I like everything about the facility, except for the size of the rooms.

I like the whole setup of Fairwinds Brighton. If I had to make a choice, it's my first choice. I like that the rooms had patios, but I could not afford it as they are expensive.

Brighton Court was fine, but it didn’t have any decks, although they had lovely patios. The food was lovely. The people were friendly. The facility is close to where I live, and it is a beautiful place but in an old building.

We moved my mother into Fairwinds – Brighton Court, and we really, really like it. It offers a lot of services, but it is small enough that you won't feel like you're in a huge place. My mom gets around easily, and she can find her way. We have medical services taking care of her. They watch her very closely. They have a lab that comes once a month, so if she has anything that has to be taken care of it, they will assist her to the doctor's office. Their meals are served in the dining room that was a restaurant. They can either have the special of the day or off the menu. All the staff gets to know the people and call them by name. They're really friendly. It is really nice. The rooms are good. My mom would like to be in a two-bedroom instead of a one-bedroom, but it is limited on the number. Personally, I think she is good in the one-bedroom, but she has stuff that she would like to have with her, so that would be the only thing. But as far as the rooms themselves, they're nice.

We had a visit at Fairwinds – Brighton Court, and it is a perfect place for him. Everything about it was wonderful. The place was beautiful. The people were great. Overall, it was just a wonderful experience. The good thing about it is that you don’t have to sign a long contract. It can be month to month.

I visited Fairwinds. The people were very cordial and very helpful. They certainly made me feel quite at home while I was there. The rooms seemed very comfortable. I looked at a two-bedroom as well, but it was probably a little higher priced than I want to pay. They were fine. They were clean and comfortable. They showed me the activity list for the week. We went around and looked at some of their facilities.

Fairwinds Brighton Court is a very nice place. It is clean and very nicely arranged. I saw their rooms, and it’s quite small. The staff who toured me was very nice. With the activities, I know they have bingo and outings as well.

A client of mine thought she was going to put herself at Fairwinds, so I had contact with this place before. I went to the woman who I talked to on the phone several times. She gave me a packet about the place.

This facility offers many opportunities for the residents. It is a five-star retirement community that also offers some assistance, as needed. The facility is a wonderful option for "home away from home" as it is very comfortable, clean, great food, and provides many activities for all levels. The staff is friendly and helpful and you'll be sure to make many new friendships in the community.
