Services provided by management at Tri-Court are few and reluctant. The elevator was recently out of service for 2 weeks, effectively trapping disabled residents. Water is frequently out. There was a home invasion in December. Bedbugs are a frequent occurrence. Yesterday we were notified that we will no longer have a resident manager, which means that we won't be able to get USPS package delivery and won't be able to pay our rent in person. It's a good thing the rent is so low, but "you get what you pay for."

Zero stars, RUN AWAY!!! Please do not allow your loved ones to live here. My Aunt lived here for almost a decade and has had issues with bed bugs that are never properly resolved. Management has fumigated poorly and charged the senior residents for the failed extermination, multiple times, which the tenants are not responsible for. The apartments are musty, dingy, outdated, and way too expensive for seniors on a fixed income. This should be a nice place for what they charge but it is literally uninhabitable. Due to the bed bug problem that these unfortunate seniors are being forced to just live with, they have even taken away many of the community privileges and shortened what remains. It is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone to resolve anything, it is clear that taking care of these people is not a priority to management, but they are always quick to collect more money! There is no quality of life here. Again, I beg you all, AVOID!!!

I would recommend SHAG Tri Court Senior Living Apartments. I liked the layout of the unit that I looked at. They appeared very well kept and clean, and the common areas looked good. The only downside is getting in touch with the staff. It's not easy to call them. They're constantly busy or whatever. Sometimes the mailbox is really full, so you can't leave a message. So the only downside would be being able to connect with the staff. The unit that I saw did not have a dishwasher, which is kind of a downer; no washer and dryer and no microwave oven. It's an older building, and so it doesn't have all the amenities that you would find in newer buildings. As far as the rent is concerned, the rent really does correspond with the fact that you're not getting some of what people would consider basic amenities, but the units are very nice. The staff who took me around for the tour was very friendly and very helpful. When you can get a hold of her, she's great. She did a great tour and it went very nicely.

My mom is currently at SHAG Tri Court Senior Living Apartments. Anybody can cut through there because it is not secured. The rooms are not very well kept, and the whole facility is not very well kept. It's old, and the elevators went out a couple of times for like a week at a time. They have bedbugs. The staff that were there when we initially moved in was nice. Then this new lady comes in and gets her crew, but they're not good. They promised they were going to do stuff, but they didn't do it. They are also pretty mean. The lounge room where everybody congregates used to stay open until 9:00 PM, but now they close it at 5:00 PM. There are no activities there. The management should start with humanity. Don't treat people who are in the twilight of their life like little kids.

We found SHAG Tri Court Senior Living Apartments. It fits the budget. It seems like it's well-maintained. The staff are nice. They've been helpful. It was just a great fit for my mom. They were great. The person who toured me around was really professional. They have a good understanding of the customer, who are seniors, and what their needs are, which is important. They don't offer meals. There are appliances in the unit, but I think each tenant is responsible for their own furniture beyond the typical appliances like a refrigerator or stove. They have a pretty nice courtyard there.
