My mother-in-law moved into Village Concepts of AuburnBrannan Park. I chose it because I liked the layout, I liked the cleanliness, and I liked the way the staff was set up to take care of the residents. They have several activities every day, things going on constantly during the day, so it gives her time to pick and choose what she'd like to do. Her apartment is nicely laid out and it is freshly painted. It has new rugs in it. It's got a little kitchen area with a microwave. And then she has a separate bedroom. In general, the food is good. They've gone through a replacement of the kitchen staff lately and the food now has turned out to be quite good. And I've eaten there many times. They have a library and a theater, which has just been redone. They have a beauty salon, which my mother-in-law uses. They've got washers and dryers. They've got a bistro area where they have activities. If she gets hungry, she can get something to eat 24 hours a day. And they have happy hour on Friday afternoons with live entertainment. The staff is very attentive. Downstairs has been freshly repainted. They've added new flooring and carpets down in the dining room and the entryway, and it looks nice.

I went to Village Concepts of Auburn - Brannan Park. The tour was good, but they had no rooms. The people I talked to were good. They helped me out quite a bit. The rooms were okay. It was clean enough, and that's the main thing. I talked to the people in the front office. They're helpful. The cleanliness of the building looked all right. The atmosphere was a little bit upbeat. The room sizes were small but good.

I went to Village Concepts of Auburn-Brannan Park. Even though it seems like it's an old building, for some reason I got a feeling that it was a little friendlier, and even the residents were a little friendlier. They were updating it, so that was nice. They always seem to be updating. A couple of the floors were just done a couple of years ago and they are scheduled to update another one of the floors. The person who gave me the tour was very friendly. She seemed to know everybody in the whole place. They have a beauty/barber salon, activities, on-site physical therapy, a theater room, a little garden in the back, a park out back, and a quiet neighborhood.

I found everything to be nice at Village Concepts of Auburn - Brannan Park. I didn't find anything bad. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a lot of amenities. It was within the price range of what we were looking for. The building was really nice. They have like two separate wings, and it was nice just the way it was. They have housekeeping and three meals a day. They're in between an activity coordinator right now, but they had puzzle things out so people can get together and do things. Both the ladies we talked to were nice. Everything's great.

We went to Village Concepts of Auburn - Brannan Park. The staff was very informative and answered all of my questions. They were very forthright as far as I could tell. They're very caring about their residents. Everything was done very professionally. I felt it was run in a way that made me feel like this would be a good fit for my mother. We saw both their assisted living and their memory care. The one room that we did see was vacant, so it was nice and clean. There were no odors or anything offensive about it. The carpet looked new and it had been replaced. It was very upbeat and bright. We were there early in the morning, so there wasn't too much going on. A few people were watching TV or wandering around, just stretching their legs and things like that. A few people were eating their breakfast, but not a whole lot going on as yet. They had a gathering area with a fireplace and TV. They had eating areas. They had washer and dryer laundry facilities. I visited the public restroom and it was very clean. There was nothing that turned us off about it. We were impressed with everything.

Village Concepts of Auburn - Brannan Park was nice. Maureen was the person who took me around and she's great and very friendly. There were people doing puzzles and they had a snack bar set up where you could sit at a counter or a little table and have coffee or tea. They offer a nondenominational church service every Sunday, as well as some Bible study, then they use that same room for movie viewing on a large screen. The rooms were nice and they had some nice amenities, too. It's an older building, but it's well maintained and clean.

Village Concepts of Auburn - Brannan Park is very helpful and has made it very home-like for my brother. They take very good care of him. We haven't gotten any furniture, but they were very accommodating and got us some furniture until we can get some shipped. They loaned us a bed, a chair, and a few things for him. He is very content with the food. There are activities like bingo and chair exercises. They also have a shopping bus. My brother's in a wheelchair and I'm very happy that they come to change his sheets, wash his towels, make his bed, clean up the place, vacuum, and mop the floors. He needs help with that. If you don't want to eat in the dining room, they will bring a meal to you. They come in every day and put his compression socks on, and then they have someone at night to come and help him take it off. To me, that's worth whatever my brother's paying.

It was nice, except they're a boarding house. What I'm looking for, my dad needs more attention than they are willing to step up to. He can hardly see at all, just a little bit of shadows and some light. There's a chance in the near future, he's not going to be able to see at all. They sounded like they were going to struggle, getting him transported back and forth to meals, or back and forth to activities. According to the brochures, they're considered a boarding house, so that didn't pick any of the boxes for us. I think the facility was nice. It was more of a boarding house, and I just didn't get the feeling it was assisted living or would fit our needs. It seemed like a decent place. The lady that toured us around and walked us into the room was friendly. It was overly warm, so the temperature wasn't regulated very well. We were looking mainly for a studio because the smaller the better for my dad. It had a little kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge. It was set up pretty well, had nice bathrooms, and everything was clean. I don't know if they even had an assisted living place because when we talked to her about having my dad transported back and forth to meals, she pretty much told us that they didn't have that option right now because of Covid. It didn't sound like they had enough staff members to attend to that type of requirement. It didn't click all the buttons we need to click. If you were looking for independent living, and you could pretty much function on your own, then it would be acceptable. They showed us a room, showed us the main parts of the building, the dining room, the library, and stuff; and then we just went and sat in a room, and just pretty much talked about the center. They have the same type of meal set up, three meals a day. It was pretty plain, and it was an older facility; you have to take that into account. It was a little outdated, the carpet was a little old, but all in all, it seemed to be fairly clean.

I toured Brannan Park Retirement. It was very nice. They were just starting at their outings again after being shut down with COVID. They've got a beautiful facility. It's got a nice view of Mount Rainier. It's got a little park right next to them that has a walking path through it. The staff members were very nice and very informative. The residents seemed very happy.

My mother is in Brannan Park Retirement. She's there for memory care, and she seems to like it okay. I'm still working through trying to figure out her final starting bill. They didn't do what they said they would do which was do a 14-day assessment and give me a modified bill. I had to go back three times to get what the charges are going to be. The staff members seem pretty good. She has a private studio and private bath. It's an older facility. They don't have a lot of the amenities, but my mother never used them anyway. It's a senior living facility, that's it. The memory care has an outside area that they can walk around in, but it's a very limited area. She seems to like the food.

I went to Brannan Park Retirement two weeks ago. It was hard two find. It had two addresses, but the place itself was neat. It was some place I look forward to being at. The staff is courteous, respectful, and outstanding. They carry a lot of passion for the seniors.

I really loved Brannan Park Retirement. The person that I talked to was a very engaging individual, and I really liked her attitude towards the center as a whole, because everything starts with leadership in an organization. The place was very clean; she was very sharp, articulate, and she has a great sense of love for what she was doing. I spoke to her extensively as we were touring the whole thing. There's a really wonderful suite there that would be great for Mom. That was really our number one option. I liked the rooms a lot; they were really nice and comfortable. The one we looked at was like a half-room. It was a studio and didn't have a kitchen, but had a refrigerator, didn't have a stove, but it had a sink. It was really nice and I thought my mom would have done very well there. The only concern I had, was that where some of the rooms were situated, it was a long walk to the elevator. My mom uses a walker and it would take a long time to get to the cafeteria and things like that. I love that they had a murder-mystery thing, which I thought was really cool. They take the residents out on the van on trips, they have movie nights, they have like a game afternoon, there were some really neat activities like barbecue, though with COVID, they couldn't get together for barbecue, but there were quite a few things that I would love for my mom. I love the dining area, it looked really clean, very nice, and very organized. The staff I met was exceptional.

My mother is in Brannan Park Retirement, and they were all very friendly. She is in the 1-bedroom unit. The lay out is good, and the size is good for the price. They have games and have lots of activities scheduled that I have seen. They have a salon on site which is nice. The facility is well maintained. The staff is just really nice. Everybody there seems very nice. They have a nice green space next to the building where people can hang out and walk on.

My brother lived at Brannan Park Retirement. They seemed to be very well staffed and the facility was very nice. It's convenient in Auburn. It's very nice. His room was large and the outside facility was well cared for. It was convenient for visitors when they were able to take visitors. When the coronavirus became an issue, we couldn't visit him inside.

I went to Brannan Park Retirement. The facility was very nice, the staff that I met were very nice, and their activity calendar was well filled with all kinds of stuff. The rooms as far as the studios were kind of small, but they were priced low too, and I'd be able to afford that one, but they didn't have a studio that I can actually get into. The staff was helpful and welcoming, the residents were quiet, but I don't know if I ever got a word back from the residents that I talked to.

Brannan Park (Village Concepts of Auburn - Brannan Park) is very clean with really nice staff members. It's very warm, cozy, and comfortable. The clients there seemed to be happy and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well-landscaped. The location is easy to find, very peaceful, and not on a busy street. The apartments are very clean, accessible, and really nice. They have vans. The pricing is expensive.

The people at Brannan Park were very nice. They just remodeled and getting started, so they didn’t have all their amenities updated, like transportation to doctors’ offices, and didn’t have that many residents. The woman who gave us the tour was great and very friendly. It was very clean, and the rooms and people were nice, but they didn’t have what we needed.
