I am staying at SHAG Titus Village. I like it a great deal. They've got large kitchens and bathrooms. If you are using a walker or an electric chair, you have room to maneuver in the apartments. I've got a two-bedroom apartment. It's a small apartment, but I love it. The people here are very friendly, nice, and helpful. I have windows facing the rising sun as it comes up, so I don't have to heat my apartment in the wintertime because it's warm, and it's just lovely. They have community get-togethers and transportation. They keep the areas clean and the apartments in good condition. They have a food bank here for people who need it. They have a lot of assistance with food. I can use my scooter to go to the store. They post the schedules here for the Titus Village bus to take us anywhere we want to go, like shopping. The only thing that they don't have is a dog park or a place to walk your dog. The rent is very, very good. They have crocheting clubs, coloring clubs, and jigsaw puzzle clubs. Each community room has a full kitchen, so if you have friends visiting and you might want to cook something for a bigger group of people, you can tell them, and they'll let you have that room just yourself for that night. They have a large-screen TV. They have a planter in which you can plant whatever you want.
