Bethany was wonderful, kind, and empathetic to our situation. They answered all of our questions, were more than happy to go into great detail on the staff, the facilities, what kind of activities he would be able to participate in, the transportation modes available, etc. We were also able to chat with current residents and there were several activities in progress during our visit. The facility was clean, smelled normal, and the staff on hand were all polite and courteous to our family. Though we did not wind up going with an assisted living facility, as my father's cancer progressed more rapidly than originally expected, I would absolutely consider Silver Crest in the future, if needed. The accommodations were great, and we would have felt comfortable having him in a location with people who truly seem to care about their residents and patients. In addition, the facility is part of a larger organization, so if he'd needed to go from assisted living into in-patient, or into rehab after a hospital stay, they assured us that this was something they specialized in. Overall, a great experience, and wonderful people.

When I first walked into the building, I noticed that the building was well cared for and maintained. I noticed that the surroundings were clean and sanitary . I feel this is important, as clean surroundings for the elderly and sick should be a top priority. I noticed righ to off the bat that the staff was caring for patients needs and seemed to really care about what the patients needed. Feel that staff plays a huge role in the success of a patient care facility. The woman of whom I came to visit had nothing but good things to say about this care center. She felt that her needs were bein cared for in a timely manner and that her needs were being addressed. She felt that they bathed her, fed her, and gave her medications in a caring and timely manner.I felt confident in leaving her with the staff and felt that her needs would be addressed.
