My 101 year old mother resides at the Madison House and I have nothing but rave reviews. The property is beautiful, always spotless, and very well kept up. But it's the people who make the real difference. With caring and engaged leadership, the staff to a person is kind and engaging. My mother adores them and so do I. I still work full-time and I never worry that she is okay. Staff is attentive and have consistent communication with me so I know how she's doing, what she needs, and what they need from me. The culture of the whole operation is positive and supportive. Truly a good place.

I did stay in The Madison Avenue House. I don't like that place at all. I was paying full price for the place. There were many old people there. I'm 91 and I don't want to live with a bunch of old people! I don't like the people that I met there. The food was terrible. If you really need somebody to take care of you and you can afford this place, I guess Madison House would be all right.
