You have to stay involved to ensure your loved one is getting proper medical supervision and that CNAs issue medications as prescribed.

Staff, including office, cleaning and kitchen staff observed to treat clients with respect and kindness, during the year my mother has been a client. The dining room is kept clean with tablecloths and small centerpieces giving a homey look during mealtimes. Clients are allowed to sit in dining room or in any of the many chairs placed throughout the facitilty as well as encouraged to participate in a variety of activities. The activity coordinator is a gem, in her knowledge of and treatement of clients. I've seen facilities that are more expensively decorated and with larger rooms but none that treat their clients any better.
