I went to The Converse Home. It is very comfortable and very welcoming. The room is very nice, small but clean. It's well taken care of. I think the memory unit has under 20 people. They have very good, very nice staff. The dining room is very nice. They have a good chef. They were doing something when we were there that day. They were sitting in a circle and interacting with one another. They had someone leading them into some kind of activity. They also have a garden area and a gazebo. It's a very warm atmosphere.

Converse Home was too expensive for the room size. It was like $5000 just for one small room with no living room or kitchen. The staff was very knowledgeable. My mom was a former nurse, and she was very impressed with the level of care they offered. The building was nice and had pretty grounds. It's not a very big place, but it was nice, laid out well, and they had a meal plan. We were able to see the menu, but not try the food.

Wonderful dementia care unit and assisted living. Not only is the setting beautiful, but care providers are kind, competent and caring. The facility works as a team to provide an appropriate care plan for each resident. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care provided there.
