I am so glad my adopted mom picked Reid’s Park Place. The staff is so nice. They ensured mom had everything she liked to eat. Terry was always available to answer questions and give extra attention to the residents. I’m grateful for the care and love my mom experienced being there. She had the best time living there and being pampered by the staff.

My mother was a resident of Reid's Park place and I am so glad that she was able to be there where she could get the care that she needed quickly. The staff is the best and most caring, they are close by and able to assist whenever she needs them. It was a blessing to know that she is cared and loved by Terry, Melissa and the staff. The rooms are jut right and cozy, the meals are homemade, they have things to do and activities with the residents, I know my mother was happy and felt safe.

My father spent six happy years at Reid's Park Place Assisted Living. He had the best of both worlds--independence in his own private room and bath, while enjoying the meals, medication, and housekeeping provided for him. If there was ever a fall or emergency of any kind, help was just a few footsteps away. The staff went above and beyond to help him with his individual needs. And, they always kept me informed of needs and issues as they arose. It is a clean, comfortable, home like environment, with kind and caring staff and residents. There is just a good feeling there. Also, between three meals a day in the dining area and a few other activities offered each week, residents can have as much social interaction as they desire in the common areas, and yet have the option to retreat to their own rooms as often as desired as well. It is very reasonably priced and offers the best care around. Reid's Park Place is a wonderful place to live for those needing a little extra help in their later years. It is an asset to our Springville community.

Having researched the different options in the area, I was super impressed with the philosophy for care at Reid's. They plan EVERYTHING around creating frequent positive encounters with the residents ... not just to show their genuine care, but to have routines in place that allow them to respond within seconds if the need arises. Another benefit is their lower rates ... in some cases 30% less per month than other nearby centers. Of course, cost is not the very top priority, but it certainly helps. And to look at how happy the residents are in Reid's close-knit environment, it just gives you peace of mind that they're getting an exceptional experience for the best possible value.

We had our elderly Mother there for nearly three years until her level of care required more nursing. She was transferred to a much larger facility but we found that that she had actually received better care at Reid's because they had been more aware of her and her condition in that smaller and more intimate environment.

The atmosphere at Reid's is as close to home as I have seen. The staff is friendly and qualified. I'd recommend Reid's over any other place in the valley.

Very cozy and small so the setting is more casual hone style vs a large nursing home where needs tend to get overlooked. Privacy of single a room and private bath but assistance is available when its needed. Not to happy with the micromanaging of the staff when it comes to my loved one and the certain aspects of her care.

This facility is nice and small and intimate, just a regular house"”albeit large"”with enough room for fifteen or sixteen residents. The motto of this facility is, basically, that there's more to life than eating and sleeping. The staff definitely build well on this model. What I noticed most is that the staff just talk to the resident like the real human beings they are. They talk about politics and books and movies and anything else, like two friends chatting. They really engaged the residents in conversation and not in a condescending way, but like it was a real, interesting conversation for both sides, which it was. I really appreciate how much the staff love the residents and actually care.
