I noticed there hasn't been a review in years, so I must add mine! My mom has been in the memory care facility since September 2022. I can't express how difficult it was to move her from our home, but the incredible people at Spring Gardens Mapleton made the transition so much easier. The rooms are really small, but the bathrooms are big. The CNA's that take care of the residents are, for the most part, AMAZING. The food is great; I've eaten there myself a time or two! The activities are so fun and the staff does an excellent job. They have multiple activities daily. The Executive Director, Shayne, is tireless! He is in the building all of the time. He pops in with candy bars frequently on activities like manicure days and is always serving during parties, which they have many. I love that they have church services there, and the branch leaders are so involved and really do care about the residents. The cost of living there may be a little higher than other places, but I can tell you that the peace of mind that our family has had knowing that our mother is in a place that truly cares about her is priceless.

I like Spring Gardens Mapleton because it's a very small community. The gentleman who showed us around was extremely sweet. It had a nice area, and I enjoyed the fact that they do so much with families. Like they'll have a Halloween party and they're expecting like 400 people and families to come. They will have a big Thanksgiving dinner and a big Christmas. You have to start with a studio apartment there, and then when a one-bedroom opens up, you can move. But they look like very comfortable small apartments. Their dining area was very nice, and I liked the idea that they didn't have a set schedule for dining. You could eat anytime you wanted from 7:00 in the morning till 7:30 at night. They have a lot of things going on. Some people were playing Wii bowling. They have a bus that takes you to Family Dollar and things like that, and that's a set schedule. People were playing cards. They have dances, music, and all kinds of things going on.

My mother moved in at Spring Gardens Mapleton last month. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The facility is clean and bright. The chef is willing to prepare dishes outside of the menu. It has a bright and friendly atmosphere. They repaint the rooms with each new guest. The apartment size is just average. They have a church you can go to, game nights, movies, road trips and events outside the facility. They also offer resident transportation. I wish they had more activities for the residents.

My mother has moved into Spring Gardens Mapleton. It's very nice and clean. All of the workers are very friendly and helpful. She has gone to a few activities, and she enjoyed them. The food is really good; I have had one meal there. Mostly, they are assisting her with her medications and physical therapy.

My dad is in Spring Gardens Mapleton. He moved into the assisted living side, but we moved him to the memory care side. I like the staff. The staff is caring and competent. It's a nice, clean facility, and the location is convenient for me. I have not tried the food personally. I've sat with him while he's eaten several meals; it looks good. They have a lot of activities every day. They offer church services, they offer exercise, they have entertainment come in, they offer movies, they take them on outings, and they do arts and crafts, things like that. They have an outdoor patio.

Our first impression about Spring Gardens Mapleton was that it was nice and clean. We looked in on a couple of two-bedroom apartments that were coming available and they seemed nice, but they seemed rather tight and very small. Our king size bed would be a wall-to-wall bed in there, but the staff was friendly and involved with the people. You could tell the residents there seemed happy. I didn't see anyone that was struggling or having a hard time while we were there. We were disappointed on how much an extra occupant cost. I don't know how they arrived at that fee, but it was $100 a month more than the other facility we checked out, which seemed strange because that other facility seemed nicer. So, that was kind of a negative for us.

I visited Spring Gardens in Mapleton. It was excellent, but it's also a lot more expensive. I think they have both assisted and independent living, and it's all in the same building. The facility was beautiful; it just costs more than I can afford. The apartments were very nice, too. They have a good bathroom facility; I can move around in there with my wheelchair. They had better amenities than the other places I've seen. They had a mini-store in the building so you could buy some necessities -- not very much, but things you'd probably need. They had an open bar where you could get fruits or snacks, and it's part of the cost. You could buy some other things in there, too. The only problem with Mapleton is that you have to go about a half-mile to get to any kind of a grocery store, and that's a convenience store in a gas station. It's a little bit out of the way from other things. Other than that, the place is excellent. That's the only thing that was not good about it, that it wasn't close to anything. I think they had a bus, though, and it would probably be able to take you wherever you needed to go. The staff was very friendly and very good; they're excellent.

Spring Gardens Mapleton was a nice place. The big plus was we got to meet so many residents there. They were grouped in different areas talking to each other. When we went into the activity area, all the seniors were like, "Oh, you want to put your mother here, we would love that. This place is friendly and lovely." They all were super happy and really loved where they live, so I think that's a big plus. However, I think the saleslady was just trying to put us in between some things, and it really wasn't the right location for us. We were kind of rushed, but she was really polite. I could tell she was fitting us in between meetings and whatnot. The tour was not as relaxed. The place was newer than the other place and had been built seven years prior. It was done up in a much more modern style, and I could tell that the materials they used were not as nice. It was done nicely, and it's clean, tidy, and neat, but it just doesn't have any sense of style at all as far as the aesthetics of the actual building itself. I was impressed that the residents were so happy. They really loved being with each other, hanging out together, and talking. We got to be introduced to quite a few of the residents. It seemed like they really loved the activities there, so that was a plus. It's a good place.

Springs Gardens is the best! The facility is clean and well cared for! The best part about Spring Gardens Mapleton is the staff, they are kind, friendly and go above and beyond to take care of their residents. The staff always goes the extra mile for its residents and we couldn’t ask for a better place or people to take care of our mom!! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Spring Gardens Mapleton seems to fit my needs. The staff is excellent. The facility is excellent. The food is made from scratch, and it's excellent in my opinion. It's pretty much LDS-oriented. It has everything that's offered in an assisted living center. They have something going on all day long, eight hours a day: scenic drives, picnics, games, and crafts. Everything is excellent. I'm very content here. I've been here a while, and I haven't found any better. Price wise, it's very reasonable compared to everywhere else.

We moved my mother here. It is closer to us and brand new. It is an assisted living, but it also has an Alzheimer’s unit if need be. It is very nice and right on the park. The food is excellent. It is not quite large, but that is good. We chose it over the other place we visited because it is closer to family and a smaller community. It also has a good dining area, library, activities, and exercise rooms. They have outings and salon for hair. I will recommend them to others.
