Alta Ridge Assisted Living in Sandy is good. The people that have helped me here have been very wonderful. The food and dining area are also good. They have different daily activities, starting at 10 am and ending at about 5 or 6 in the evening. The outside activities have been coming here about three times a week and that has just been excellent. We have two very lovely ladies that take care of it and we have a wonderful young lady that comes in and plays piano every morning and she is really good.

Alta Ridge Assisted Living was very pretty. They have gorgeous views and different pricing depending on your view and the location of the room. The amenities seemed great. One thing I didn't like about them is their kitchen hours were very limited. I understand why, but that's one thing that went against them. The rooms seemed nice, too. The staff was very polite. The dining area was nice and open. The facility was clean. The lady answered all my questions.

The rooms at Alta Ridge Assisted Living Sandy were a little bit smaller than other places, but nice. The staff was wonderful. The building was a little bit older and the parking was difficult. They have some nice activities lined up for the residents. They have a little open lounge where people can visit and talk. The only drawback is that they only provide one choice for lunch and another choice for dinner.

This is a very small facility, with only a capacity for about four and two employees. However, that is also what's so great about it. The employees really know the residents and care for them like family. There is even that light-hearted banter you get among people who know each other so well. The employees also know the guests that come to visit and try to make that visit comfortable. It feels like a trusted friend is taking care of your grandparents.
