My mother is at Beehive Cottages, and she loves it! The homes have their own garage, and are a great size for our needs. They have a huge calendar of events and always seem to have something fun going on for the residents. I like that they are always willing to take my mom to her appointments, and she says the food they provide in the dining room is fantastic.

I did a tour looking for a home for my mother and I was immensely impressed with everything! The staff I met with were incredibly friendly, and I witnessed multiple positive interactions between them and the residents. Everything was neat and cared for. Very impressive!

The tour I had at Beehive Homes was great. I emailed and made an appointment, and the administrator overseeing that particular Beehive was pretty prompt in getting back to me to set up a date to visit while my husband and I were there in town. She was very informative, gave a very good overview of everything that they offered at the independent living there at Beehive, and also we were able to tour one of their cottage homes. The cottages were small, but what you saw inside of the homes overall was very nice. Cleanliness was very good. They have somebody on-staff 24/7 if there's any kind of a medical emergency. They offered a dining room. You could either eat in the dining room or have your meals delivered to your cottage. They offered weekly laundry care if you would like it. They offered weekly cleaning of your cottage home and transportation to appointments. They also have a connection with a local fitness center for people who want to go. They offered activities there in their community center, and they have a little library as well for people who like to read. The amenities that they had to offer were great. I also got to talk to the chef there, which was wonderful. I was very impressed with the Beehive community. We went into the dining hall, but we did not sample any food.

It was easy to get my mom checked in at Beehive Homes of St George. They had a room available. It's clean, and we had a good feeling about it. My mom is there for assisted living. They're very caring, and she likes it there. As for the food, if she doesn't like what they're serving, they'll fix something else. They have bingo. She doesn't do a lot of their activities though. They provide physical therapy, all the food, her medications, and anything that she needs, they've always been really good to care for her. They also have a beauty salon.

I moved into Beehive Homes. It is independent living, but they serve three meals a day. When my sink gets plugged up, I just call the manager, then she sends somebody up; she is really cool. The staff makes it a point of learning everybody's name, right from the minute you move in. It's embarrassing because they all wear masks, and I can't keep them straight. The staff is extraordinary, and they would just go out of their way to do anything for you. Last night I was reading, and I didn't look up the time to go to the cafeteria for dinner. One of the young men came and unlocked my door, because the assumption here is if you can't make it to dinner, you must be lying helpless somewhere. He checked on me to make sure I was OK, and they are really good that way. The apartment is very clean, it's very simple, and there is adequate sunlight in every room, and I don't know how'd they do that. The apartments are spaced apart, so you are not right up against somebody else. There's a garage between me and my neighbors. They have a bus that takes us to the grocery store, and up to things that are happening in some of the event centers around town. You can get on the bus, sign up for a trip. They go out to Zion National Park, and they go everywhere. The food has a lot of variety. I don't go to a lot of the activities because I have a lot to take care of with my house, but they have a lot of things going on, and it seems a lot of people sign up.

Be very careful with the Beehive Cottages in St George. Management is not what it appears and the owners are unconcerned with the poor management. They also have a problem keeping employees. Individual houses are nice. There is great potential if problems were addressed.

My mother is in Beehive Homes. The place is open and homey. It's a very nice and clean place with a very friendly atmosphere. She enjoys the staff immensely. The owner works at the community and did everything they can to make us comfortable and responded immediately to any request we had. It's a really good community and my mother enjoys the activities they had. They provide all home-cooked meals to the residents.

Beehive Cottages was very nice; I really like it. The working attitude of the staff was excellent. They had a big calendar with all kinds of events on it; they had a gym membership, and they also had the bicycle and a treadmill right on the premises. They went to the movies, and went shopping; the bus took them everywhere. They have a separate dining room, and the food sounded excellent. They have little separate cottages -- one and two bedroom cottages -- and there was a garage connected if you wanted to drive. But you didn’t have to because this bus took everybody everywhere they wanted to go. The location is kind of a secluded area. It was a block long little cottage, and at the end of a block was an assisted living place that actually you could live in.

My husband moved into Beehive Cottages end of December. The environment is good and the staff is good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They're twin homes, not like a condo. They are side by side homes with a garage. They provide three meals a day and they clean their apartments once a week. They could improve on their management. But overall, they're good.
