Harmony Hills opened in January of this year, so it's a brand-new, and very spacious facility. The aides are very helpful, friendly, and serving. The food is excellent here, they have activities that have been interesting for my mom, and it is close to my home. They have exercises, play horseshoes, and they paint birdhouses. They have sing-along, and that's one that mother specially enjoys. I really liked having mom here, and it's a good experience.

In December, the Utah Department of Health’s Bureau of Licensing and Certification issued a complaint survey at Harmony Hills of Lehi. The 35-page report detailed a number of findings that qualified as Class I and Class II violations. In a letter to the administrator of Harmony Hills, the Bureau of Licensing and Certification outlined their decision to revoke the facilities’ license and issue a conditional license. “The survey found five Class I violations relating to the imminent danger of residents. Based on the findings of the survey, a decision has been made to revoke the Standard License and issue a Conditional License to your facility from December 13, 2021 to February 13, 2022,” read the letter. “The Conditional License is being issued due to the severity of the Class I violations and the six other Class II violations.” The Bureau gave Harmony Hills conditions to meet and exceed, including a civil money penalty to be paid for the Class I violations. However, according to a second letter the Bureau issued to the owner of Harmony Hills on Monday, the facility did not make the appropriate changes to keep operating. “The facility has not corrected the non-compliance issues and the conditional license, issued December 13, 2021, will expire,” the letter stated.

Harmony Hills was upbeat, light, new, and clean, and the people were friendly. The building is laid out very simply, and Mom would not get lost. They have a shuttle that will take them to shopping or take them on walks in various garden areas, crafts, church meetings and discussion groups. Their garden area was not much, but the inside was really nice. The food menu looked good. The people were friendly and intent on the well-being of their residents.

Harmony Hills was a fairly new facility and it looked nice, but they made us wait in the lobby for a while before we could even get a tour. The facility was nice, it just seemed a little bit less cozy. The rooms were OK, but they weren't quite close enough to the dining room. They had all the standard things that other places have. We saw a library, an exercise room, and a patio. It was close to a road and I'm not sure how quiet it would be. If you're up in the front of that place, it would probably be noisy. It is a busy area for traffic.

Harmony Hills Assisted Living was a brand-new place, but it was very reasonably priced. It was clean and nicely designed. It wasn't a really large place, but it struck me as a really nice place. The rooms were not really large, but they were nicely laid out and nicely decorated.
