This place is amazing, and I’m so glad my dad is here. The staff are so friendly and kind, and the head administrator guy named John does a great job all around. My mother was in several of these facilities, but none to this high of quality and care. My dad loves this place too, which means more than my opinion of it.

We looked at the memory care of Highland Glen. It was very clean, and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. The people there were very kind and informative. The person that took us on the tour was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. The person was upfront with all of the costs and what was needed if we did place his father-in-law there. The rooms looked comfortable and adequately big. Maybe to me they felt small, but there's not a lot that you need in a bedroom either. You bring your own things there. There was still room for a bed, a chair, and a dresser in there.

My Dad lived at Highland Glen for 2 years. During that time he enjoyed meeting new friends, playing bingo and going for scenic rides on the bus. The Staff at Highland Glen did a great job of helping my Dad to be as independent as possible while also being there to help with any needs he might have. My dad made special bonds with some of the staff who were so kind to him. They were always happy to meet any special needs that my dad or our family had. We are thankful for all the love that was shown while our dad lived there!

One reason we chose Highland Glen was we liked the layout of it. The rooms were all around the gathering area and then they have the Dutch doors, so you can open the top part and still be in your room. The staff is just so kind and patient. We just really have been impressed with how clean they are and their sweet way of taking care of our mom who is in memory care now. They have several things daily. They take trips or drive up in the canyon when the leaves are falling. So, they have multiple things daily and we've been really happy.

My sister and I visited many different care facilities for our Nana, MBK stood out from all of them with their culture and teamwork! They treat you and your family with respect. The rooms are spacious and my nana can move around inside easily. The staff is always willing to help and step up if help is needed. They do weekly bus rides and play games or sing all together. I haven't seen my nana dance in years but while everyone was singing for their activity she was dancing and enjoying the atmosphere. Overall I am very impressed with MBK!

Highland Glen seemed very nice, upscale, and new. They had very nice rooms. The studio was very nice, and we liked it. I met a couple of the staff and the administrator, and they were very nice. They had everything. They had an exercise room. I don't know if it applies to my dad, but it was nice. The visiting room was nice and really elegant. They had a courtyard. Their price was just too high.

The facilities are great. It feels like a very home-type environment. It is always clean and fresh smelling. They have nice amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have really nice support for visiting family members. Most importantly, they treat my mother with great care and are sensitive to her needs.

The facility is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. My mother enjoys the activities. Her room is so nice. She has lots of space. It's a very well run facility. They bake some amazing cookies and have special dinner events they invite family to attend. We absolutely love this place. My mother is very happy there.

We went to Highland Glen. The tour guide was very nice. It didn't have an open area in the front like the others did. The part I walked in through was kind of cramped. The outdoor part was great. It had a little waterfall and it had a nice area, and you could walk all the way around it easily. Parking wasn't quite as good as some of the others. The dining room was clean and they did provide three plus meals a day. They had snacks and they would cater to your dietary needs. They have a posted schedule of activities. They also have church services in there. It's a little bit difficult to get to because it's on the main street. It's not quite as secluded as the other places.

Highland Glen is my number one. It's beautiful inside. They have their act together. I can't say nothing but good stuff about them right now. My sister-in-law has been there. I visited her there, so I got to spend some time in the building and talk to the people. You can use your own furniture and they have all kinds of little extras there that I liked. Every time I call her during the day and talk to her she's busy doing something. I remember a family that I talked to and everything I heard about it was good. It's nicely set up. My sister-in-law made a comment several times that this was her home, and what made her say that was that she was sleeping in her own bed, she had her dresser, her easy chair, and her loveseat, everything from home. It really felt like she was home.

What a wonderful place is Highland Glen. We had the opportunity to move our Mother in a few years ago and she enjoyed her time here until her recent passing. The entire staff is wonderful, thoughtful and helpful and so patient and understanding with those in the assisted care side of the facility.

Highland Glen was very nice, but there was no room available. The rooms looked very clean and nice. The person that assisted me during the tour was very knowledgeable. The dining area looked very nice. They had a library and an exercise room.

Highland Glen is really beautiful, but it's on a very busy road. It doesn't have the areas where independent people could walk around that much, but the building itself and the apartments are really nice. They're newer and nicer. They had a very full calendar of great activities for the residents, like game nights, music nights, exercise classes, so it seemed like they were always constantly looking to get people's minds and bodies stimulated. I saw a 1-bedroom with a small kitchenette and a nice family room/common area. They're very nice and well-appointed and had high ceilings.

When you drive up to Highland Glen it really looks nice and attractive. It’s well landscaped. People were friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable and was trying to help us in every way that they could. I saw a studio room and it was adequate. What I like is that they have a bar and you can get snacks there any time you want it.

Highland Glen was a new and beautiful facility. It seemed like a really nice, very inviting, and very clean place. It was quiet when we were there but I was impressed just from the presence of the facility. I thought the rooms were very nice. Everything was nice but a little bit more expensive than some of the other places we looked at. It was a place I’d be very comfortable having my father go to.

Highland Glen's rooms were very nice, clean, and a good size. We had a great tour. It was a beautiful facility. We saw the dining area, but we did not eat the food. When we were there, most of the people were gone for an activity. They were out of the building, and it was very quiet.

My parents are now in Highland Glen. It’s excellent. The food isn’t as great as the other facility I saw, but that’s the only thing that doesn’t measure up. The staff is good. They’re very nice workers. The rooms are spacious and pretty good. My parents have two full-sized beds in their bedroom. Highland Glen is a new, clean facility.
