Rooms are small but clean and sufficient for patient needs. Food is fair. Staff is amazing and seems to truly care about the patients. Administrators are always available to share any concerns you have and very responsive .

I stayed in Regency Village. They were very courteous and stuff, but I didn't like that I was put in a room with a person that was there in long-term care. They didn't keep people separated. They put them all together. The facility was nice though. They had a very large physical therapy gym and a large dining room. They didn't have a whole lot of activities. They had entertainment for the residents, but I didn't participate in much of that. The staff was nice and concerned. The food was very good. It was very healthy.

Regency Village is a family-owned place and has been operating for over 40 years and they seemed to be very caring. The shared rooms they have were too small, but there's a private room available. The staff was good and they had good physical therapy and occupational therapy. So, that area was excellent.

My late mother spent 5 years there. It was a good, basic facility. It wasn't super fantastic because there were simply too many patients and never enough staff to provide anything but good, basic care. They need more CNAs and the nurses spend most of their time passing meds which is all that nurses seem to do nowadays. Diet was very good and the facility was clean and appealing. The key to good care for your relative there is to go check on your relative daily but never at the same time of day. Talk to the CNAs who are providing direct care to your loved one and ask them how your relative is doing. The nurses only pass meds, chart, and do procedures. Remember that you are the Patient Advocate for your loved one and being directly involved in their care makes all the difference in the world.

I was given a choice of where to go, out of 20 options in the area this one was 4 Star rated by Medicare, rest were a rating of 1. Avoid these places at all cost. The Staff was excellent Norma, Stephanie.and Judah were very professional if I had a issue they listened to me and handled the problem promptly. The Nursing Staff members were highly knowledgeable, in their area of expertise I observed that each skilled professional was compassionate, and always had a moment to spent with residents where to ease their mind on pain or constant bombardment by the Media about Corona-virus. When I pushed the button for aid their Response Time was Excellent This Medical Team, I say again TEAM provides a great service to all residents, Thank YOU The Physical Team was very helpful and getting me ready for the Real World. The workouts were demanding and 50 days later you could see the Transformation. Learning to walk and be independent, Great Job I loved the communal dining area, where all residents could partake of a meal, and share moments with each other. The meals were excellent and residents would ask," What are we having for Lunch." The kitchen Staff were great and catered to each and everyone. Regency Village on Greene Road in Webster, Texas, I recommend it to any one that needs Skilled Nursing. This facility is extremely CLEAN, They leave no STONE upturned. Thank You: Annette, Tanya, Carla, Mark, Jinny, Julie, God Bless You All

The rooms are small and the bathrooms are old and small inconvenience to get in with a wheelchair and for above average size of patient. The beds are old as well. The rehab area is alright, but they have no ultrasound and heating pads for stiff muscles. You have to wait for more than 15 minutes when calling the nurse button.Staff interactions fair.

Regency is a nice facility. There seems to be frequent turnover in staffing. The nurses are always nice but rarely the same people. They redecorated recently. I wish they had music for the residents as well as television. It's important that older individuals are respected. This care is very expensive.

My dad went to rehab at Regency Village, and we're paying for Mom to be there. The CNAs were just great, and they had a lot of activities. The care was great, and the physical therapy isn't highly rated, but everything else is great. I was really happy with them. The food wasn't the best in the world, but it wasn't too bad, and it's something they can improve. The pricing was up there though, and it was too damn expensive. The people actually cared for the patients. The place is really good.

My father-in-law was at Regency Village. It’s very nice. Everything is on one floor, and it’s nicely laid out as far as I can tell. The activities were good and helped in his rehab. The rooms are nice, very clean, and not really cramped. They were a good size and seemed to have everything that you needed right there.

My grandmother recently had a stay in the facility from November 15 to December 13 2016. the facility itself is nice. There is a nice dining and rehab areas. Areas for families to visit such as sitting area, patio, activity room. Food was cafeteria style like what you would expect served in a large facility but any meal I sat with my grandma looked nice and she had no complaints. The staff was also nice to my grandmother and us throughout her stay. I would almost be inclined to give 4 or 5 stars if not for what I am about to go over. My grandmother had mentioned to my mother and I on a couple occasions of swelling in a leg. My grandmother said she had told her nurses and they simply told her to keep the leg elevated. Her medications did not ever cause her to swell nor did she have a condition or reason for her stay that would lead to the swelling. More dismissive of her discomfort rather than looking into it further in house or sending her out to be examined. So she was released from her care at Regency and at her follow up with her regular pcp visit scheduled 3 days after her release she mentioned the same issue to her doctor. He was concerned. Ordered testing and a blood clot was found and she was sent immediately to the ER. This was likely related to her fall and broken pelvis. The broken pelvis was why she was at Regency Village. The clot could have led to serious complications and I feel her discomfort should have been taken more seriously. Now that she is being treated for the clot the leg hurts less and she can even bear more weight on it and walk unassisted some. So it contributed to delay in her recovery and rehabilitation with walking. Another incident not related to my family member directly. While visiting with my grandmother in a sitting area another resident entered the area in a wheelchair. The interaction with her and watching her left me feeling she was not all there comprehensively and physically she was unstable. She had difficultly speaking to us when she attempted. I was not her caregiver or know her medical history but it seemed her being alone was not best. This woman stood up so small and frail looking attempted to walk and fell right in front of my grandmother and I, there was no else there. I reacted to her fall which caught the attention of staff finally, who then rushed to aide her. They seemed to care for her with the fall but I feel she shouldn't have been in a position to fall in the first place. For these two experiences I must lower my rating being the primary concern for me was that she receive what I hoped would be exceptional medical care. If in the position again I would strongly urge my grandmother to pick another facility.

My grandmother was at Regency. She was only there for maybe a week. It was very clean. They were very attentive towards my grandmother. They did not let her give up on herself when it came to physical therapy. They cleaned her up, and she didn't have to wait for a very long time. The people were wonderful, and they were friendly. It seemed like they were on top of it. They were really great people there. I would recommend them.

I went to Regency Village unannounced. It was very clean. The staff were better and more professional than the one my mother was in. There seemed to be more interaction with the residents.

Food is horrible; same menu every week; extremely high employee change over which leaves room for lots of errors; administrator very unprofessional; watch the monthly billing

My father has been in regency village over a year now. The facility is clean, rehab is great, food is good most of the time, and the staff is attentive to the residents. They have improved the quality of my fathers life.

My father stayed at the Regency Village for almost two years. It was not his first assisted living facility he stayed in. He had had problems at the other facilities. Regency Village is sparkling clean, something that is paramount. That is not that easy to achieve. Secondly, the food was really good, healthy and prepared with loving care. Most important, everyone one we met that worked there really cared! We visited my father everyday and stayed for several hours. In addition, the place was decorated bright and cheery, just walking in brings a smile to your face. The staff was patient and spoke gently with the residents. A task that is not always easy when dealing with some of the residents who have anger issues due to brain problems. They all always had smiles on their faces! They were also careful with medication and care. In addition, they never hesitated in an emergency, if a resident needed to be rushed to the hospital or taken to the doctor, they handled it with total professionalism! We never had to worry when my father was a resident at Regency Village; there, he was with family!
