My mother was at The Heights On Huebner. She spent a month there in rehab. They're great quality service and good people, but they're expensive. It was nice, clean and professional. For activities, they brought in animals to visit and they allowed the residents to interact with them closely but not well enough because they were little touchy animals. It was a good break for some of the people that had been in there for a while.

My best friend had his brother there for Rehab. We read the reviews and thought this would be a good place. We were very wrong. this place is horrible. There were two good employees on the care side. PT is outstanding. the nursing staff is less than professional and hard to get in contact with. My friend's brother sat in dirty diapers for hours at times. medicines were hardly given within windows. leadership made excuses for nurses' behavior. Employees disappeared on night shifts. patients left unattended in wheelchairs. My friend got several calls from his brother about not receiving care or changing his diapers for long periods of time. This place should be audited and see if fit to treat patients. We will never us this place again even though the reHab is great.

The Heights on Huebner was nice. Mom was only there for three weeks, but the staff was awesome and very caring. The place was very clean and very elegant. We loved it there, but mom had to go to a secure facility. They respond fast when you have a concern, like "Can you give my mom physical therapy?" "Can you have her evaluated for this or that?" They got on top of it right away. The little that I tasted of the food when my mom was there, was really good. It was healthy and she liked it a lot. They pretty much kept her room clean. They had bingo, sometimes they took somebody who sings to them, they have their own mass there on Sundays, and they have communion there.

Dr. Aleman, PT team, & SW, Jennifer were attentive & professional. Otherwise, intake occurred @ 2-week discharge b/c, "She's been busy," meds occasionally given outside of 'window,' assigned day shift nurse stated to me, "Im busy so go to the nurses station so I can remove your IV." Staff @ nurses station consistently avoided eye contact & failed to greet guests, no DNO or administrators on weekends. Staff frequently on their cell phones & complaining about their responsibilities & being shirt staffed. Staff wheeled residents to activities & frequently left them unattended.

My mother went to the convalescent area and she chose to stay. It has been over 4 years and 3 management companies. Service is good, not THE BEST, but the staff definitely make up for the minimal lack the facilities have. My mother has a roommate whom she has things in common and if you are kind to the workers (who all work so much to care for our aging loved ones), that kindness pays off. I have deep gratitude for they provide the care I can't so I can continue working and providing for us.

The Physical Therapy staff was great--the best part of this facility. If you have a dementia patient do not take them to this location--they allowed my dad to go to an appointment by himself without contacting the family. No one contacted our family. He was taken by wheelchair ambulance taken to up to the appointment and then no one stayed. He was so confused when he got back to the facility. On the door, it said the family would do the laundry--they took his laundry and lost several pairs of clothing eventually they found one item. The only apology came from one nurse Cedric who was great and from Stacey the Director of Nursing. Nothing from the main director. My dad did not see a Dietician until almost 2 weeks into his stay even though he had dietary needs. He said he waited for a long time to get any help in the evening from anyone which led to a couple of falls. Just not a place I would recommend.

The Heights on Huebner was a very nice facility. It was very clean, and everything about it was very good. The staff was very adequate. The cost was expensive, like $5,500 a month. The grounds were very nice and neat.

The Heights is fine. It’s pleasant, clean, and it’s got a great atmosphere to it. I think the staff is great. I don’t think they’re enough at times, but I think they’re good. The rooms are small for two persons, but they’re clean and adequate. I don’t think there’s enough my dad can do other than sit outside. The food is good.

My Mother was at The Heights on Huebner for a little over a month for rehabilitation. The staff is great....all of the Nurses were very professional and exceptionally friendly, concerned and caring and took care of my Mother's needs very well. The facility was always very clean and that's one thing that you cannot say about most nursing homes! The Nurses were always available to answer questions and concerns and you did not feel "rushed" when talking to them. As nursing homes go - I would recommend this place for your loved one. It is one of the best that my Mother has been in and she has been in a number of other ones for rehab. over the past several years.

We are so happy to have found this facility for our mother. The staff are outstanding and so caring and loving with our mother. We had visited several facilities before this one but once we did an unannounced visit and saw how pleasant the staff were and how well they care for their patients, we knew this was the quality and kind of care our mother needed. The staff members are outstanding and always friendly. We have spent a lot of time here and frequently have family in and the care is always consistently fantastic. The facility is clean and the patients are well cared for. The staff is very friendly and will always greet you. The care for our mother has been fantastic. They keep us up to date on her status. I would not recommend any other facility except this one. If you are looking for an outstanding facility where you want quality care for yourself or a loved one then this is it. The staff will always greet you and are so pleasant to deal with. They keep you updated on the status of your family member.

I've got both Mom and Dad at this facility, plus my mother-in-law was here for about a year..She has recently passed but in the time they have been at The Heights On Huebner has been good....The administrative staff is attentive and caring...the nurses and aids do their job well and listen to the family for any requests regarding our loved ones...The way the entire staff (adminstration, nurses, aids) responded in the last days of my mother-in-law was 5 STARS, They were conforting and attentive to the family and allowed her to pass with dignity..For this my family thanks everyone there. I recommend this facility for your loved ones when its time they need 24-7 care...

PLEASE don't put your loved one here. Residents are over medicated, get no personal attention, they sit alone in the dark for most of the day. It's sad and depressing. The staff changes constantly so there is no consistency. The people who run the place do not care. And the so-called "social worker" is a joke. Very unprofessional. Avoid this place!

PLEASE AVOID PLACING YOUR LOVED ONE AT THIS FACILITY!!I wish I would of known how management runs this place.Just ask to see their most recent state survey. They take forever to get pt's pain level controlled. The therapy dept is useless, they have no intentions to see pts get better. My friend would always get told that her therapy would have to wait because they were shorthanded. The next day would come and still waiting for therapy. When they finally would show up,they maybe walked and exercised with her for 15 minutes and were always rushing. The food is horrible, and they refuse to provide snacks and extras at mealtimes even if the pt is allowed to have it.From the outside this place is nice but inside is a whole another story.
