I visited this facility

The staff goes above and beyond it does not matter the time or day. When you walk in you are welcomed and greeted by pretty much everyone. You can tell that patient care is their number one goal 😊

I am/was a resident of this facility

Southeast Nursing & Rehab is horrible. I have nothing good to say about them at all. It's dirty, and they just leave patients out in the hallway, which is kind of disgusting. The food was OK -- nothing great. They had activities like bingo. The nursing staff and aides weren't quick. It was hard to get a nurse to do what she needed to do. The rooms were small for two people. There was not even a shower in the room. You had to go use a shower down the hallway, which was a community shower. There was a bathroom in every room, but no shower. The overall atmosphere was just not good. The nurses would all just sit there and talk around the nurses' station.

I am/was a resident of this facility

I was in this facility for 2 days before I ended up returning to the ER for uncontrolled pain and went back home to recover on my own. The place was horrible. Old looking, telephone way in the lobby and impossible for someone in my condition to get to. Staff ignored patients; many of them asked me to get their attention (I could because my boyfriend visited daily). I was on high dosages of prednisone and they had me rooming with someone with an active infection. I never saw a doctor while I was there, and they missed some of my pain medications (which accounted for my uncontrolled pain). This was supposed to be a skilled nursing facility, but there was nothing skilled about it! I wouldn't recommend for my worst enemy to go to this place.
