This place is horrible and I would NOT recommend you bringing your loved one here! My mom has been there about 7 years and I've had problem after problem to the point that I am moving her to another facility. Several times I've dealt with having to clean poop from the toilet and floor of her shared room because when I reported the issue I was told there was no one available to clean it. So I had to clean it so that she wouldn't fall or sit in her neighbor's poop. There have been several times where I come around 830pm and her bed is bare, no sheets, no covers no pillows so I've ended up making up the bed because all I get are excuses from the staff about why the bed is not made up. I have to continually replace the socks and clothes they lose or let other residents wear and even had to buy her 3 pillows after getting tired of her going weeks without a pillow. She required medicine to be on her skin for a condition she has and I end up being the one to put the medicine on because they always have excuses for why it wasn't put on her. This week I asked for her medicine because she was experiencing stomach pain and I was told they couldn't find her medical records because they lost the book the medical records are kept in. How do they know what patients need what medications with no records of their medications?! This is not the first time this has happened and I have to go buy over the counter medicine for her. All in all this is a horrible place and if you have any other options do not choose this facility.

Paramount Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is very close to our home. My husband is in a room good for two people. As he has a feeding tube on his stomach, he needs 24-hour care. The staff seems to know what they are doing. They are caring and helpful. I recommend them to others.

I feel good about my mom being in this facility. The people here seem to be respectfull of my mother; although my mom always says the people or the patients are always stealing from her. She only says that because she doesn't want to be there. Management seems to be concerned because they periodically send me letters requesting to meet about my mom's needs. The area that the nursing home is at is away from other houses but is in a what I think a safe place. Everytime I come to visit my mom, the place seems to just look nice. I think they try there best to keep it safe and clean. Just recently the renovated their small patio and put up a wooden white fence. It looks very appealing. The only thing I may not like is when mail comes to my mom at the home, I sometimes don't get the mail or it comes to me very late. I need to talk to them about that.
