My mother entered this center in mid January. I was very nervous about putting my mother in an center especially with covid. It became unavoidable and after much research I choose this center. I am so glad I did. From the very beginning my mother has nothing but good things to say about all of the staff. She says everyone is so nice to her. Everyone from the Administrator to her daily CNA have always been so nice to me . No matter when I stop by they are always friendly and do what they can to help me. Whether I'm visiting inside or at her window they are always so kind to me and my mother. Thanks Guys for being so kind!!

I had a friend who was in this facility. Some of the staff were great and some were horrible. A nurse needed to finish her coffee and her lunch before helping my friend. He ended up septic from not having the help needed. The bldgs are old and not kept up at all. The restroom in his room was disgusting and a lot of mold. Would not recommend this place at all

My brother-in-law is already in Northgate Health and Rehab Center. They helped us really quickly, and they were very nice. Everything looks pretty good to me when I go visit him. Every time I've been there, it's been clean. The nurses are very sweet; they're very nice. Every time I ask for something new, right away they bring it to me. If I need anything they're very helpful. They're very good. They keep up with him, the bed's clean, and they help him get dressed. The food, when they take it to my brother-in-law, is just nice and warm. The way they set it up is really nice. Right now, they're very strict because of the Delta variant of COVID. It's a pretty big building, but right now with the restrictions, you're not allowed to be walking around. When I visit him, I go straight to his room. It's a good size. You're supposed to call to schedule a visit twenty-four hours in advance, but sometimes I'll call in the morning asking if I can come by and see him, and they always approve. I'm happy with them.

the place is not bad the staff is friendly but they never have enough CNAs they have over 100 patients here and many times they have to CNAs so how can you get good care which out the CNAs there to help you so I would not recommend anybody sending family members to this place if good care is what you want them to have

My brother is at Northgate Health and Rehabilitation Center. He hasn't had any complaints about anything, which is good, and the staff is very friendly. The food looks pretty good, but he's kind of getting tired of it because it's the same old same old. Other than that, it's fine and quite adequate. I have no problem with the place. It's very neat and clean, and it never smells. He seems to be quite satisfied there. Initially, when the VA was paying for it, he was in a private room. Now that he's under Medicare, he has to share a room. I think it's a very good facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
