The Chandler Estate has the convenience of onsite dining services, a beauty and barbershop, activity rooms, an art studio, and an abundance of other amenities! In addition to plentiful walking paths and mature trees, residents can enjoy time on the beautiful estate that provides a peaceful and active way of life. The Chandler Estate’s Legacy House sits in the original Victorian home of Mr. & Mrs. E. B. Chandler, built in 1887.

I had a very positive tour experience with Morningside Ministries at The Chandler Estate. The people were very friendly. The place had just been redone after being closed for four years. So, it was all modernized and the residents were also part of the community that would show you around and talk with you.
