My mother was forced to go to Manorcare when she came out of the hospital. She was supposed to be there for rehab but the only thing they did was to give her a peg board while she lay on bed. They're supposed to help her walk. They never raise her out of the bed for days. My mother never saw the outside of her room because they said that they didn't have the oxygen to take with her. She owns a little oxygen machine that she can bring with her. I was hoping for her to go to the dining room in a wheelchair just to see some people. She just came out of a cardiac intensive care unit and I tasted one piece of her food and it was so salty. I could not even eat it. It took 30 minutes for someone to take the bed pan into the room. We had some medication issues too. She was in so many panic attacks at night because they were not able to give her medicine.
