To get someone to come to the door can be at least a 10 minute wait. The person in charge of “approving” a visit is rude and makes you feel like a criminal. They dress you in a mask that cuts off circulation and a plastic gown BUT the nurses and staff sit around w/o masks at their work stations. I had to help change sheets because my dad was laying in a pool of pee. He has dementia. They put him in a wheelchair and left him alone. He fell onto the floor. Tried to call administrator several times about issues such as no bathing. Left 3 voicemail messages on her line and finally she answered the main front desk phone and thought it was funny that they had an “upgrade” on their phone system and her voicemail didn’t work anymore. Different nurse every day so no consistency in care. Left his teeth out so eating was hard. Had to wait while they tracked them down. Trying to get records was impossible and I finally gave up and took my dad home after a week and 3 days for home therapy. Horrible care at this place.
