The staff is very rude and non-compassionate. They are VERY picky and go into the unit's without any kind of notice. They pretty much invade the privacy of the tenants and have their favorites...I don't see how this is possible when they're supposed to be FAIR AND EQUAL with all renters. Just the lack of RESPECT and how they speak down to them is down right upsetting...In particular with my grandmother whom lives there. I suggest NOT having your loved ones living here. Her lease is ending and we're going to move her out ASAP!

My grandmother was looking at places in Lubbock she may be able to move into to provide her with assistance as she could not live in her home by herself anymore. I was not very impressed with this particular place at all. This was a low income housing complex that really didn't offer any kind of additional services that she needed, and I felt the clients they had were less than desirable for her to be around. We didn't spend much time looking at the place, but it did give her a better idea of what she really did want to find. Another thing was that we knew eventually she would not be able to drive, and the bus service was virtually non-existent.
