My loved-one is very happy in Fairbanks Court. They've really treated her well. They have a lot of people to take care of the residents. Our relative first arrived from her previous community with a dirty diaper, a rash, an open sore on her bottom, and a mattress soaked with urine. Fairbanks Court cleaned her up right away and put her in the shower, and she's almost back to normal now. The place looks really nice, and the staff is adequate and helpful. They have a variety of activities for the residents, a lot of rooms have their own TVs, and they occasionally have trips.

Love this place. Staff very attentive and the patients needs are met without delay. Food is fantastic and the house itself just has a "home" type feel. Highly recommend..

There are no activities at all. Residents share a bathroom consisting of men and women. Furnishings for room looks like came from garage sale. Food looks disgusting and no menu. If you don't eat what is fixed then no other food for you. No meal planning at all. 1 Meat and 1 vegetable out of a can. Residents are moved to tv area for the day. Nothing to keep the residents stimulated. Doesn't offer home appeal. Sad place to put a loved one with alzheimers. Clothes get lost.

Fairbanks Court Assisted Living is awesome. My sister-in-law’s room is very clean. There’s a big family room with a TV, and everybody comes in and watches TV. My sister-in-law loves their food. She says it’s very tasty and they serve it very well. The care that she receives is excellent. They take real good care of her, and she’s very happy there.
