Our 95 yr old Uncle took a spill and after 26 stitches in arm along with 7 in leg he needed rehab after hospital stay. He has been there so far a month. He enjoys it there. Excellent staff, nursing, therapy and food has made his stay so far excellent. He said it could not be any better. All employees are like rays of sunshine caring and helpful!!!! Especially Caraetta aka Gabby. We would 100% recommend Vibra Life of El Paso.

VibraLife of El Paso showed me all their levels of care. The person who gave the tour was very nice and caring. The facility itself was cleani. There were no odors or anything, but it just felt like there wasn't enough interaction or stimulation going on on the day that I visited. It was a Saturday, so I guess that was a bad day to judge, but I've been with a couple of others where people were working with the residents and trying to keep them engaged.

I was very pleased with the staff and their great effort that it took to accommodate my mothers needs while she was there.

VibraLife of El Paso was wonderful. My father-in-law had stayed before. It was clean, bright, and comfortable for him and his family. They had nice visiting spaces and made even grandkids comfortable visiting. The nursing was very skillful and compassionate. His room was lovely, he had a nice window where the sun came in, and there was a nice view to where he could see people coming and going and the landscaping outside. There was enough sitting to make visitors comfortable. My mother-in-law thought the food was fine. The staff was very kind, very helpful, and informative.

My 88 year old mother spent 2 1/2 weeks she developed a very bad bedsore in the four years that we’ve been taking care of her she had never had a bedsore she needed to go to the hospital were To see a wound care specialist it’s been four weeks she’s now in hospice the wound has not gotten better and she’s Spending her last Few days with major pain even with the medication every day she’s miserable . I have regrets and anger... the nurses are very unprofessional, lazy and have a bad attitude .

My husband was sent there for about ten days after to recover post surgery. He was supposed to receive an antibiotic IV and not supposed to be discharged until they had it on hand. THEY LIED! He was there for almost three days without any antibiotics because their doctor did not want to follow Alan Infectious Disease Specialist. He received one dose and they skipped the next dose. The staff I believe are terrific, I think they are overworked and underpaid which is what is the case in most nursing home setting which is what Vibra Life is. Their administration and the people going out there to drum up business on the other hand are horrific. It didn’t seem to matter them that my husband had just had an infection site cleaned out and was supposed to be given a specific antibiotic which they didn’t want to order because of the expense. They failed to even order the medication because they didn’t think it would be authorized by our insurance. The rooms are small and should only for one resident as well.It was a disappointing experience and they will not get any repeat business from our family.

We chose Vibralife of El Paso because of its five-star and 4.5 ratings online. The staff is nice. The food is pretty good, better than hospital food, but it sometimes gets delivered late. The therapy is great. They're working with my wife and the therapists are great people. She seems to be coming along pretty good with the therapy. However, she is diabetic, and they keep sending her Cokes and cake. She also can only use her left hand, and sometimes they don't cut the food up, which they're supposed to. It's very clean and they have a place where we can go outside and sit. They play cards and bingo.

The staff at VibraLife is very impressive. I got good support. The facilities are great and I have a single room. They have physical therapy and a 24-hour coffee and juice bar where you can get juice any time. The food is good and better than hospital food. It's a new facility so the building is new and state-of-the-art. The rooms are large with a dresser, a place for clothes, and a closet to hang clothes up. It was a good facility to be in.
