Pebble Creek has dedicated sections, like, for example, there's one section for hospice care. It looks like a community area for the ones that are disabled or incapacitated. Then they have a section for the Alzheimer's patients and they seem to be attentive to everyone. My mother-in-law stayed there for a little while, and we thought it was good. They have 24-hour observation and care, but she didn't like it because it's not home and she didn't have her dogs with her. They also provide the food, so my mother ate there. I would rate this community a five because when my mother-in-law moved in there, whatever she wanted they were able to do lickety-split. They made her as comfortable as possible.

They called at 4 in the morning telling us about an incident with our aunt and it turns out they had the wrong patient information. Definitely a HIPAA violation. Then on a different occasion when we called to ask them to turn on her phone they said they forgot to tell us she fell that morning and asked if anyone has called to inform us which no one had. We have to call several times to even get a hold of anyone and then they claim that there is no one in charge on the weekends that we could speak with about our aunt. My aunt said they didn’t even give her anything for her face when she fell.

CNAS & nurses are tops, cleaning staff also excellent. The shortages of personnel is hindering the quality of care that patients are getting. Telling the Administrator is like talking to a wall he is has no concern for patients family members concerns.Good employees are not being respected by management

Pebble Creek Nursing Center provides my husband everything he needs, like medication, bathing, and food, and they do his haircut and nails. I like the way they treat him and the nurses and social workers are very kind and attentive to him. They pick him up in the morning and take him to therapy. They're very nice. My husband shares his room with another patient, but it's very clean and they change his sheets. They dress him and put him into bed. Every day they come in and clean the floors and everything else inside the room. I'd highly recommend it since I'm very satisfied and happy.
