I am so grateful to the staff at Corinth. I fought to get my mom out of a terrible facility and Ebony, communicated with me and my family consistently to ease our worry. She even called me on mom’s cell phone so I could talk to her. The staff took great care of mom. I recommend this facility!

Horrible experience The social worker Marie was a very big disappointment she could of helped a bad experience but only made it worse don’t expect anyone to return phone calls very unprofessional. The nurse and receptionist were nice

Corinth Rehabilitation Suites on the Parkway seemed very dark and not enough employees to help the residents. It felt gloomy, and nobody seemed very happy. Even the employees didn't seem very well-educated about how to get to this lady's room, and it's hard to find an employee in the first place. My friend went in for rehabilitation and wound up living there. When I talked to her on the phone, she wanted to go home really badly because she didn't like it there. Just based on what she was telling me, it didn't seem very good. She definitely let me know that she didn't care for what was going on there. The communication between her, the caregivers, and the employees was pretty poor. It didn't seem like she was attended to properly. She didn't like the food, and she wanted to leave.

This is the WORST rehab hospital ever! They let patients sit in wet & dirty briefs for HOURS on end! Patients who are hurting and need pain meds are in pain for HOURS on end until they're CRYING in pain! The activities person is a JOKE! Things that have been given to her for prizes for bingo (which is about the only activity she knows how to do) she holds onto them and won't give them out! She has a horrible attitude, as well! The Director of the facility also has a horrendous attitude! The staff are actually wonderful! It's because they don't hire enough people to take care of all of the residents! Staff works overtime because they can't get all of their duties done in their shift time because they need to hire MORE!

We have been to Corinth Rehab Suites on the Parkway because my father was there for rehab, but they also have a nursing unit. The staff was very friendly and very patient. It is a really good facility. The rooms are very spacious. They have games and movie. They also have a gym and an outdoor area. My dad likes the food. Their dining area is setup like a restaurant.

My stepfather came here from hospital and we had toured the facility and it appeared nice. Understaffed and lack of supervision come to mind quickly. A general lack of respect for patients exist with an over controlling staff. Run do not walk.
