I have lived at Overture Domain for about 2 years. I love the people (both the staff and the residents). I enjoy LCR, Rummikub, chatting with my girlies at Mix and Mingle! I especially like that living here makes me feel young!

BEWARE! The Overture Domain had my car towed when I was spending the night with my 89 y/o mother at their facility. They stated that they sent emails to all the resident’s contacts re car registration. We never received that email. My car was extensively damaged during the towing process and I had to have it towed from the impoundment facility to my car dealership. When talking to the managers of Overture Domain, Michelle & Dan, they could’ve cared less and accepted no responsibility in the matter. They could’ve easily given each resident passes for their visitors to put in their cars or at the very least put a warning on first time offender’s cars, but instead decided to contract with a disreputable towing company. Very underhanded and shady and speaks volumes about their priorities and ethics. I would never want to live in a facility that is so expensive, yet treats it’s residents and their families in such a disrespectful, unconscionable way. I’ve reached out to the property owners, Greystar Properties out of SC, but have heard nothing back from them either.

We toured the Overture at the Domain, and we just visited the facilities. When you look outside your window, you're looking at buildings. The facility inside was nice. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very cordial and very nice. I don't think they are as attentive. If anybody wants to have restaurants and good shops, this is the place to go. They have a pool, a gym, library, and a dining area. I don't know if they have a recreation room, but there is a gathering room. They have a larger room for banquets or something like that.

I chose Overture Domain mainly because of the amenities, but also because of the price. They offered us a pretty good-sized discount, prorated over the fourteen-month term, which we're hoping for because we don't have it on paper yet. The apartment is A+. It's under 1100 square feet, two-bedroom-two-bath, with a little patio, and it's right next to the elevator. They said they would take all three of our dogs. The staff during the tour was top notch, and I can't wait for him to get back because he's the only one who really knows what's going on. They don't provide food, but the dining area was really good. It's like a casino in Las Vegas. They have a happy hour, a pool table, shuffleboard, puzzles, Scrabble, a media room, occasional food brought in, and an occasional breakfast bar in the mornings with coffee and muffins.

My tour at Overture Domain 55+ Apartment Homes was nice and everything was fine. The only thing was that it's out of my price-range, so I don't fit in there income-wise. The place itself is extremely nice, and the staff was excellent. Everything was above the top, they're excellent in all levels.

The staff from Overture Domain was very professional and very helpful. The people knew their place. Overture Domain was brand new. The rooms were all top-of-the-line and state-of-the-art. It was a very beautiful place. The staff was very knowledgeable.
