My wife was there for Iv's dealing with bone infection. While the faciality has some age on it, the staff seem very helpful and took care of her. Noticed they seem to be short handed, especially on weekends, but did as well has they could.

Awful. They are so focused on regulations that their patients suffer. They will not let physicians prescribe the right medicines because they tell them it can't come to "their" facility. Do not send your loved one here if they have any issues with pain, mood, or other symptoms.

I had an uncle in Northern Oaks Living and Rehabilitation. He did well. He had a stroke and couldn’t do anything. He is deceased now, but they did a good job of rehabbing him back. They did have activities.

We found Northern Oaks. It's a rehab and living center. We chose it because of its reputation with skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. My mother has a great deal of problems swallowing, and they believe that they could work with her on that. It's not very pleasant right now with her having the food all pureed, but, otherwise, it seems all right. We checked into several other places and that seemed to be top notch, plus the environment was very good, too.
