There's nothing that I don't like about Wisteria Place Senior Living & Memory Care. I like that there's someone there 24 hours a day to make sure that my father is okay. They provide the meals for him and everyone there is very friendly. The staff is excellent. The food was good. He likes it. The facility is very clean, and the structure is very well-built. They play bingo, they play cards, and they have puzzles. So, they're always doing activities and the staff is always interacting with the residents. They also have Margarita Wednesdays. It's a little pricey, but it's OK. The atmosphere felt good. It's very friendly. It feels more like a home environment.

Wisteria Place Senior Living & Memory Care is very nice and updated. We looked at a cottage, and they seemed to keep it up well. The staff was very helpful and understanding about everything. She was very nice and accommodating. They had common areas where people met. They had activities. The outside area was very well-kept.

My mother stayed at Wisteria Place Senior Living & Memory Care. She was there for long-term care for almost a year. They were very competent, very caring, and very loving. They did a good job of taking care of the whole family. The staff was very good. They had a room for dining and rehab.

My tour at Wisteria Place Senior Living & Memory Care was alright. It's an older facility, it looks a little bit dated but it was quite comfortable and convenient. They showed us independent living, which is a different facility from memory care. We saw an unfurnished apartment that was vacant. It was a little smaller than the other place we toured, and not really as modern. But it was a good bargain, and it would certainly be alright if someone had to stay there. The staff giving the tour was very nice and pleasant, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They have a very pleasant indoor atrium where they serve food. The overall facility is quite satisfactory and looks comfortable, it just shows its age a little bit. The apartments opened directly onto the atrium and it's a very pleasant place. They've got plants in there and benches and tables so there's a place to go besides your room.

My mother has been in Wisteria Place Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. It's not my favorite, but it's affordable. This facility is fairly good. The only really big complaint is the food, it is always cold. My mother says the food is always, always cold. They never bring warm food, and so that's our biggest complaint. They also have a tendency to lose a few clothes. My mother has lost one item, but we also have another family member there, and he's lost several items. We're not pleased about the food being cold, and we're not pleased about the cleaning and washing of people's clothes. Because it's affordable, we went there, so we like the pricing, and the pricing is good. For what she gets, the pricing is very good. Mostly I've only had problem with one person up there, and everybody else is so good. My mother has enjoyed their activities.

Wisteria Place Assisted Living was one wing of a huge facility. The rooms were tiny, and the place was pretty dirty. The custodian was great. She showed us around and gave us a full tour. They had one activity room for everything. It was not as well laid out and organized as the others. The dining room was very dirty. I didn't want to be there.

My mother is in Wisteria Place. It is really nice. The staff is really friendly and professional. My mom is in a suite, and it is really nice. She likes the food. The dining area is really nice and modern. How the staff is concerned about my mother stands out to me.

They don't have enough help. The workers that are there are kind and do all they can but they need more workers.

Wisteria Place has a very outstanding gerontologist doctor, and also it has provisions from one level to another. They have apartments; they have cottages; they have assisted living. They have nursing homes, and they have an Alzheimer's unit so when the time comes, they can be moved to another and so forth without a big adjustment. Very outstanding thing. The rooms were quite nice. It was very well-maintained.

Wisteria Place is a rehab, and it seems the best fit. The staff all seemed very professional and very capable. I like the cleanliness. They're not understaffed; there is always someone at the front desk to assist you at any questions you have. They showed everything there was, and it's fully staffed with therapists. They have exercise classes two or three times a week. They played bingo. They have art and crafts, chapel, and bible study. You can visit anytime until 8:00 pm, and then you can get in after 8:00 pm for an emergency. It's cafeteria meals. It seems very nutritious and tasty, and the people who serve it are very capable. They come around, take your order, and bring it to your table. There are single room suites, double room suites, and what they call a studio. They also have an Alzheimer's wing and a nursing home if you needed to make some kind of transition.

My wife was in a nursing home at Wisteria Place after her stroke. Our experience there was excellent. It was my personal favorite of the four facilities we visited. My wife had excellent care. For accommodations, in the nursing home, they were just individual rooms and she was in a private room. In the retirement facility though, we looked at an apartment and also a housing facility.

I must admit, my first impression was not a very good one. Since it is located next to a popular restaurant we had a little trouble entering the grounds. Once there, though, we had no other issues to speak of. All the staff members that we met were super friendly and very helpful. They assisted us in finding our friend's quarters. It seemed like whenever we needed some assistance there was always someone close by that would help. While there, we did partake in the cafeteria. From what I can remember, the food wasn't spectacular but it wasn't horrible either. Of course my favorite part was the dessert, cherry flavored jello. After dinner, we returned to our friend's place for a nice visit. There we were able to meet some of the nice residents that she had met while staying there. From what everyone was telling us about their stat there, no on had a single complaint. Overall the entire visit was a very pleasant experience.
