The food is bad and there was never enough condiments on the tray. Two male nurses were outstanding. The other nurses were slow and had a non-caring attitude. It was a long wait to get medicine and sometimes not at all. I had a shower one time in 3 months. Rehab sometimes didn't get me up at all. My roommate had to have the door always open and the noises and screaming was horrible! The aides at night were usually nice but daytime they sometimes didn't answer calls. I would stay wet etc for hours. The rooms were small. I was against the windows, so the sun coming in made me hot. The only way to get anything was to have my children call, or for me to call the main number.

BrightPointe at Lytle Lake was the one that stands out. It was clean and bright. The folks there were very accommodating and helpful. The living atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was attentive the best I can tell. I was very pleased with the physical condition of the facility. It was pretty new.

I was at Brightpointe at Lytle Lake for rehab. It was adequate physically. The thing I liked the least about this facility was everything. When I left there, I had an infection that required me to be hospitalized. If I can go below a 1, I would. I'd rate them zero across the board. The staff was lacking.
