I visited this facility

Town View Senior Living is beautiful. I'm not sure how old it is, but I think it was somebody else's building prior to these people moving in. It was very inviting and I liked the apartments. They showed me a one-bedroom, as well as a two-bedroom apartment. They were in the process of putting down new flooring for a new person to come in, so it wasn't decorated well because it was empty, but it was very nice. They just don't have washers and dryers in the apartments. I think it's just two sets of a washer and dryer on each floor, and you don't have to pay, but you do need to sign up to use them. I don't know if I could get used to that. For activities, they said they have different things on different floors. I think they also had movie nights, a beauty salon, and a library.

I was pleased with Town View Senior Living. I liked that everything was conveniently located. You really wouldn't have to get out that much, everything was right there at hand. There was laundry already there, a barber shop, a beauty shop, a theater, a library, social activities, churches were nearby, plus there was a chapel there inside. There was a fruit stand nearby, shopping areas, and the town library. Nancy toured us around the place and she gave us a convenient lunch. It was a box with a chicken salad sandwich and it was very good. She gave us chips, a cookie, and something to drink.

We loved TownView Senior Living, but it's independent living. It's marvelous. It's beautiful. We liked the security there. It's very clean. They've got wonderful amenities. They have an ice cream parlor. They have laundry rooms on every floor, but the residents do their own laundry. You have to have a permission from your doctor to live there independently. Everyone was friendly and the residents were friendly. There were lots of spacious sitting areas and activities. They had a woodworking room. They just remodeled.

I went on a tour of TownView. They seemed to have nice people there, they have good food, and it's a good place to live. It's a converted old hospital, so it's good construction and in a good location. They had several lounges where people were hanging out. There are a lot of activities, and they had a free ice cream parlor where they can get soft serve ice cream. They also had the facilities for activities and they had some outdoor stuff too. The staff that I met there were very good, they're very nice and helpful people. They've bent over backward to try and help me. I chose a 1-bedroom for myself there, it's the ideal size and spacious without being too big. It has everything and all the amenities that I could ask for. I still drive, but they have public transportation for going to the store or the pharmacy, and so forth. They also have private parking, you have to have a gate key to get into the parking area, and it seems to be excellent parking although it's outdoor parking. They have a weight room, some recreational facilities, and they have things like a woodworking shop.

This place would be number (1)!! If only the food was some better. I hate to say it because they have a wonderful place, but the food is the worse I've ever tried to eat!! I think they could charge a little more and get better quality food. Or go to 2 meals a day and make them worth eating. I can say all this because I don't live there. I know some there won't say anything but this needs to be brought to someone. Other than the food what a wonderful place it is.

TownView Senior Living was very nice. It was just a little bit more rundown, like some of the carpets in the room needed to be replaced, but they had a nice room and it was a little bit more affordable. They had a little ice cream shop that was always open and available with bowls of bananas, apples, and oranges for snacks that the residents could come to at any point and help themselves. There's also a large activity center with a library, a movie theater, walking trails outside, and a fire pit outside. So, they had a lot to offer. Plus, we had a fabulous person who did the tour with us. They serve three meals a day and there's a little general store that has some basic items, like toothpaste, toothbrush, paper towels, toilet paper, and anything that they can get at a little general store. There's an exercise room, a huge TV screen, a courtyard, and a dog park connected to it, but their biggest strength is activities. Their activity calendar had four or five things on it just about every day of the week.

TownView is beautiful and has wonderful activities and meals. It's a great place. The staff is extremely accommodating and nice. They have game nights, movie nights, an ice cream parlor, and an activities director that has something to do every day. It's very nice, and I highly recommend it. They also have chapel services, a beauty shop, and wonderful sitting areas.

The living spaces at The Lexington were very nice. The staff was very helpful. They had a lot of nice amenities and a nice dining room. They had a movie room, an area where you could use computers, and a garden outside that was fenced. It was set up very nice and very comfortable.
