Morning Pointe of Greeneville is a very nice facility. I thought that the living space for the couple was a little bit small. The people that work there were very nice and professional. The layout of the room was OK. It was just way too small. Their common areas looked very nice. They have a library area, a beauty shop, a TV area, and a dining area. They have activities, and they publish a calendar of things. I just thought they were way too expensive. They have chairs and seating outside for the residents.

I loved Morning Pointe of Greeneville. I liked the fact that it seems like a close-knit community down. The people who work there have been there for 5 to 20 years. If you've got someone who's been in a place for that long, that kind of shows that it's a good one, because if they weren't happy there, they wouldn't stay that long. I was impressed with that and everyone was just so friendly. Everything was very neat and clean. It didn't have an odor to it or anything. It was well-kept. I liked their studio deluxe. It was very spacious and it would have been perfect for my mom. The staff we met was very upbeat, very friendly, and very informative. My mom loves to go to church, and they have Bible study, a Sunday service, as well as different crafts and exercises. One thing that impressed me the most was you could do your own laundry there if you wanted to.

Morning Pointe of Greeneville has a very friendly atmosphere. They're fully staffed, which is nice, and they really care about each resident. They want to work with them, their personalities, and their medications to make them feel comfortable and happy. They have a variety of rooms, from studios, one-bedroom apartments, and deluxe apartments. They're all very nice and big enough for a bathroom, a bedroom, chairs, and a TV. They have a nice dining area and seating area, too. They have a lot of activities, like field trips and stuff outside or inside the building. They pretty much cover everything in the price, from getting help with medication, to the food, and everything.

We visited the Morning Pointe of Greeneville. We talked to several of the staff, and they're all friendly, as you would expect them to be. They're willing to cooperate and answer questions. I did not put too much weight on that because that's what they're there for, to help sell the place. They showed me several menus. I didn't want to stay for a meal, but the aroma was in the building because it was about lunchtime, and it smelled good. They also said they have food for when you don't like what's on the menu. I liked the layout. It's a single floor with no steps and no elevators. All they do is assisted living, as opposed to having different living of care. They also have a memory section, which I think my mother would probably eventually use. The building and furnishings were up to date, the grounds were well kept, it didn't look like an institution, and there was no paint peeling off the walls, spotted carpet, or anything. The thing that really sold me was that they have four or five different types of apartment layouts. The others only have two, so they have a wider choice of layout to suit your budget, from suites to bedrooms.

Morning Pointe of Greeneville was all on one floor, and it's fairly small with just about 45 or 50 units. It had a very nice ambience that was pleasant and light, and the people were very nice. They had studio, studio deluxe, one-bedroom, one-bedroom deluxe, and two-bedroom apartments. They range from around 300 sq. ft. to around 400 sq. ft. The grounds were very pretty. They had a courtyard in the back with a gazebo in a grassy area. There's also a nice parking lot.

I visited Morning Pointe and another place for my wife. The people were very nice. The dining area was a lot nicer. The rooms were about the same. It was a better location. If I had to pick one or the other, I would pick Morning Pointe.

What really impressed me about Morning Pointe was the friendliness of the people and the way they had it set up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We saw some activities down there, like that they take the residents shopping. They also allow pets.

He went to Morning Pointe. It is nicely decorated, and the staff is very friendly and very helpful, and it is less expensive than the other one. He has plenty of room there, and he has a small apartment. The food is excellent. They have a chef that gives them a menu to choose from, and my father is really impressed. They seem to have a lot of stuff going on.
