My in-laws stay at The Bridge at Hickory Woods. They are expensive, but my father-in-law is a very, very hard man to please, and that's the only place he wants to stay, which says a lot. They have been there for four years now. They've been amazing with them. The facility is very clean and very nice. They have activities and their activities are like daily. They have ice cream socials, church activities, and Sunday group meetings. They have people that come and play piano. They have music. They are very active with the residents. They take them out to eat or they take them to Walmart. They have a little barbershop. I've always said if I had to be anywhere out, that's where I would want to be. The only thing is they are probably on the high end of being expensive. If money isn't an issue, they're expensive but they're worth it. I like the staff. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I have eaten there, and the food is good. They're probably the cleanest I've been to.

I like the atmosphere at The Bridge at Hickory Woods. The caretakers that are there are very professional. There's nothing that I have seen that I don't like about the place. They're very attentive, very helpful, and pleasant to be around. It is neat and clean. It's very welcoming. All the caretakers are great.

My uncle was a resident of The Bridge at Hickory Woods. What I probably like most about them is that it was clean. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The care and services were better than satisfactory. They had wide halls, and everything seemed to be in this place. They had a patio, a salon/barber shop, a weight room, a cafeteria for guests, and a meeting room. For activities, they had bingo, board games, and watching TV or movies.

I went to The Bridge at Hickory Woods. The lady I talked with was very nice. It was a little pricy. The staff was very helpful. They have a variety of activities and amenities for the seniors that live there. They had a beauty salon for the ladies. There was no courtyard that I recall, but they had balconies. It's relatively new, and it was very clean.

I visited and toured The Bridge at Hickory Woods several times before the decision was made. When the situation arose that I needed to move somewhere in a hurry, we chose this place. The last time we were there they were having a festival, and everybody was outside. We only saw the rooms that were designated as models or were empty that day, but we had toured it several times before then. There was an exercise room, a styling salon, and a game room. We've seen the room where religious activities are held (like a church on Sunday). The day we were there, they were having a festival outside with pinata, food, and some games. We have observed them playing cornhole and cards. The rooms are modern, up-to-date, spacious, and very clean. Housekeeping comes every day. They come in and clean the entire unit once a week. We ve seen the laundry rooms. We have seen the pull cords that are in each bathroom in case of emergency. There's Wi-Fi hookups for TV and computer. The rooms that we saw were unoccupied, so it didn't have any furniture. We saw the model rooms that they were about to move the furniture out of, and it was very stylish, very modern, and very colorful. The place was very clean and very stylish. They have three elevators per level.

We had to move my mother out of there in less than nine hours. Arrived at 1:10 pm leaving at 10:30 pm She had open heart surgery. Did great until we came here. She wasn't there 9 hours. She called us to come and get her she was crying and scared. They didn't give her medications. In pain. No water until 7:00 pm. The staff rolled their eyes when asking for water. When she asked when she could get her meds they continue to tell they were checking on it. Found out later her meds were there the whole. My mother used her cell phone to call her doctor. He told her to call 911 and get a ambulance and to come back to hospital. The nurse saw my mother and asked her what was wrong with her. And took my mothers cell phone away from her( that is assault) to talk to the doctor. Then the nurse basically dismiss him. And they didn't want to give us the list of meds for the hospital. I had to ask 3 times. Because it shows the time they gave her meds. At 10:30 pm. Not all day as they claimed. Once they knew ambulance was coming they had nothing else to do with us. My mother had to stay in hospital for 3 more days. And now is taking anxiety meds. Thanks to the staff at Hickory Woods. Don't go there.

The Bridge at Hickory Woods was new, big, beautiful, gorgeous, and looked like you walked into a five-star hotel. The rooms were big, clean, and newer. They have a skilled living facility right next door. They have all kinds of classes, they have a beauty shop, and an event calendar where they have stuff to do every day. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Our mother has been there about six months and she is loving it. She is involved with their activities and loves the staff. Her apartment has plenty of room and I have eaten there several times and the food has been great. My favorite thing about the apartment is the widow they can decorate that opens to the hallways. They do not feel closed in and their inside window overlooks a garden and sitting area. She has made great friends and they truly have fun visiting together. There are sitting areas throughout the building to sit and have a chat with your neighbors. We visited several assisted living facilities before finding the Bridge and nothing else even came close to being this nice.

about 80% of the time I visit my family member the room reeks! No one to speak with, if I try I am given the run around. I hate to talk with Nurse Cathy she is dismissive & rude. The lady with all the cheap weave, Lori is stuck up and acts as if she is too good to even speak

We toured recently for my mother. John and Jim are the salesmen and both took time to sit with us and explain their services in great detail. Several of the residents approached us and told us how wonderful the place is and invited us to tour their apartments! I like that they have exercise classes with an actual personal trainer! For the area, their prices are on the higher end, but if you compare to areas closer to Nashville then they are a deal! I looked on their facebook and saw the pictures of all the activities! Mom will be here very soon in one of their one bedroom apartments!

Dad is at The Bridge at Hickory Wood. The staff were very upfront about all of the charges and all the amenities that they have to offer. They were very friendly as well. He has a studio apartment, and it was brand new. Everything was clean. Their dining room is beautiful although I did not eat there. I was not able to look at their activities as they were very new. They just recently opened last weekend.
