I toured Cloverland Park Senior Living. They do a wonderful job. It's a great place. It is conveniently located. It's a newer facility, so everything is fresh in it. The room I saw was a roomy studio compared to what my mom is in now. So the studio was nicer, the bathrooms nicer, and it had a full-size refrigerator. The staff was very helpful. The building was outstanding. The outdoor space is wonderful. It was set up very privately. It's large and it has a little putting green. It has all kinds of places just to sit around outdoors like a television and a fireplace. The outside space is very nice.

I visited Cloverland Park Senior Living. We went to both assisted living and memory care. The director was very helpful. We just thought the overall presentation was very good. The rooms were very nice. We liked the rooms. The people were very helpful. If it would work out for us, we certainly could be very happy there. The director's name was Connie. She was very helpful and very pleasant. She wanted to know things about us and kind of our background and made us feel very at ease. She was very informative. The structure was very good. It looked very well-kept. The room that they took us into was getting ready for somebody that was moving in. So, it was freshly done, but very nice. We thought the room size was very easy to move in. It's not going to quite be the same, but it was very roomy. It was very clean everywhere we looked. We went to the activity rooms. Everything was in its place. There wasn't any mess whatsoever. I was very impressed with the director. She was very kind and very gracious.

Cloverland Park Senior Living was very new, and it had a very light, airy, welcoming lobby. The facility itself in the memory care unit was very brightly lit. There's not a dingy tone to it. It was inviting. The place was not cramped. It seemed to be very spacious, and fully laid out. They also had a very nice memory care outdoor area, and all the residents there had access to it, which I thought was very nice. The person I met was very nice. She had a sense of appreciation for the place, and she also was very encouraging with me. Both my friend and I went back and had a meal, and the meal was excellent. They had very good food. You could tell it was well prepared. However, they need to improve their care ratio. I also think they should improve their presentation of care upon a tour. I did not get a very active attentiveness within the community.

Cloverland Park Senior Living was gorgeous. It was really pretty with an outdoor fireplace and horseshoes. They were decorating the place for Valentine's Day while I was there. All the staff members walked up and introduced themselves. Everybody that I had seen was either decorating or in their wheelchairs gathered around the TV to get ready for lunch. The place was extremely clean.
