We placed dad here; he was there less than a month before he died. They have a lovely, large, and well-appointed courtyard. The people are great; they were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, and everything was great, except for the food. I wouldn't feed that to my children; they were giving them sandwiches for supper, and it was absolutely despicable. However, except for the food, I would highly recommend it.

We like Pine Grove Senior Living. It was all on one floor, and it was a smaller one. I think they said they had 35 residents in there, and we liked that. The rooms were nice. The staff showed us a studio, a two-bedroom, and a room that was middle size. It was a little bit bigger than the smaller one, but they were all nice. We found out that you have to bring your own furniture. They provide necessities for you. It was great. The staff who gave the tour was good. We liked her, too. Her name was Katelyn, and she was informative. They have a sitting room where they watch TV. They have an event calendar. They also have rehab that comes in. They have a doctor on staff who comes in to see the residents if they need them. It was 11:00 when we went there, and the residents were sitting on the porch rocking and stuff like that. There wasn't a whole lot going on while we were there.

Pine Grove Senior Living was excellent. It was clean. It was easy to navigate. We were met by some very helpful and gracious people. The dining space looked very nice. I don't believe I observed anybody in activities, but it looked like they had a pretty full calendar of activities.

The girl that toured me at Pine Grove Senior Living was excellent. She showed me the rooms and the rooms were OK. They have bingo. They offered me a drink when I came in.

Pine Grove Senior Living was fine. They had a prayer service going on, and that seemed really nice. When I got there, the lady took me around and let me see the facility. It looked clean. I didn't really meet a whole lot of staff there. I just met Caitlin, who was the person who took me around. I looked at a deluxe room and I looked at the two-bedroom, and both of those were nice. They were a good size. They're very clean. The only thing was they don't have the signs up telling which building we go in. There's also memory care there, and I went there first and the lady said, "No, you have the wrong place. You have to go over there." They didn't have clear signs that told you that. So, I rang the bell in the memory care, and then I had to get back in my car and drive over to the front door. If it was clarified at the gate when you first come in the driveway, that would be better. It's a larger facility and they seem to have pretty good activities. Caitlin showed me the activity room. She showed me where they had the hair salon. I wanted a copy of the menu so that I could make sure that it was the kind of food my aunt would like, and I was able to do that. She gave me floor plans and layouts, and the pricing and everything seems pretty good. Caitlin was very good and pretty informative. She answered my questions.

We toured Pine Grove Senior Living. It was very clean and very nice. The staff was very nice and very dependable. They had a gym, a nice lawn, and an activity room. There were a few restaurants up the street from this facility and a hospital nearby.

Pine Grove Senior Living was neat and clean. They were an older place because my dad stayed there about 20 years ago, and it's called something else then. They have a separate memory center there. I only met with one person, and she was pretty good. It was my second choice. They have an area where you can get your hair trimmed.

I went to Pine Grove Senior Living. The upkeep was nice. The staff was friendly. It was within our budget, but it didn't look cheap. It looked nice. If my mom was gonna stay there, I'd be comfortable with Pine Grove. The rooms were smaller. They had a salon, an activity room, and a bunch of common areas where people could gather and socialize. The menu looked pretty nice. The staff that gave me the tour was nice, gave me a lot of good advice, was easy to talk to, and gave me some good contact info. They had an outdoor walking area around the facility and an outdoor seating area. They had a little area for people who would like to garden and things like that. It's a nice outdoor area.

Pine Grove Senior Living is fairly large. Everyone is quite friendly. They have all the requirements that I need before moving in, that includes certain internet connections and TV channels. The facilities are nice. They have everything. What clinched it was my talk with the dietitian. I am on a very strict, low-sodium, high-potassium, high-fiber, low-sugar diet, and the dietitian was very amenable to that situation and promised that my diet could be adjusted to fit my needs. Everyone was marvelous. No drawbacks. Kayla was very hospitable, marvelous to talk to, and helpful.

We are choosing Pine Grove Senior Living for my mom. They try to keep everybody active there. She has to go into memory care where people kind of forget and don't have the cognizance. The ones that we see were higher functioning though. They have memory boxes on doors where they list things that the patients like and don't like. They try to keep them active with things that they did for work. They try to bring that back around so that they can try to keep them around and not get as far along as our mother at the moment. The lady who gave us the tour was the regional manager, and she knew everything except for the pricing. She didn't have a key to show us the room, but we had seen some of the other patients' rooms as we toured the building. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and just as nice as they could be. They had just finished their Easter egg hunt when we got there. We were in assisted living first, and then we went to memory care. The staff down in assisted living were the ones helping us to start and they were all just as polite as they could be and trying to get us to the right place with the right people. The size of the room has ample space too. Some of the rooms have two people in them and they still have plenty of floor space between the people. The whole facility was clean, the rooms were clean, and it was nice. They were there in the process of purchasing new matching furniture. If you just want to have a private visit, they have a room just for that. They have little games and things in the room that the patients can do to keep them busy. They have a lot of different rooms going on. There's a room that's just for watching TV. As we were leaving, they were serving dinner and they had chicken, pasta, and broccoli. They also have fresh fruit for the people as a morning snack, and then they have a midday snack after lunch, and then after dinner, they offer them a protein snack. They said they needed to keep them hydrated so that's their way of doing that. It smells really good and it's appetizing on the plate.

I had a wonderful experience at Pine Grove Senior Living. It was especially encouraging, and it was relatively new. There was just a touch of being a little bit disorganized because it looked like a new owner had taken over in the last several months. So they still had a few rooms that were being carpeted or being decorated, and they were lovely, lovely rooms, and that was something that gave me hope that we could find a very nice place that was still evolving. As it turns out, it was all assisted living, and they even tried to accommodate the need for one extra person to help assist. However, in our situation, it just didn't work. My ex-husband would need more help than they could provide. It was an assisted living facility that did not provide a higher level of care than we needed. However, it was very, very pleasant. The rooms were very nice and very large. Some had extra windows, and you had some choices.

My father will move into Pine Grove Senior Living on January 14th. I have been there twice, and next Wednesday, we will be taking my father there. It appears to be a nice facility. The staff seems to be caring, understanding and assisting. They're updating the rooms and they're supposed to be finishing this week on the room that dad is going into. They have repainted the room, they have added some extra accessories to it. They've taken the carpet out and put some kind of hardwood floors. He's going into a private room to start with, and probably will go to a semi-private room in a year or so. And it's not really a kitchenette, but it does have a microwave and a little refrigerator, and its own bathroom and shower. The dining room appears to be very nice. I saw the menu for the week that they were preparing for, and most of the food there, dad would probably eat. He is a picky eater and there are probably a few days he would have to request something else, which they do have a second menu. They do have a salon, they do have a media room where they do movie nights, and there are TVs in several of the common areas that people can watch, or watch in their room. They do arts and crafts. Upkeep and maintenance appear to be very good, and they also have been remodeling the place. So the whole place has gotten a facelift. They have been more than helpful and they have bent over backward trying to help me to facilitate getting him into an assisted living place.

I was accommodated very well during my tour here. The director was very informative and showed me how the whole place works. I was very impressed with the whole community, and with the way it's laid out and planned out. It's modern and everything was in good shape and order. It wasn't run-down and the memory care unit was separate from the assisted living area, which I thought was well-planned out. The buildings themselves isn't one long hallway and is kind of built in a square, so it makes everything closer and they don't have to walk far. Overall, it was good.

I visited and the people we met were nice, and the rooms seemed to be OK. However, I didn't like that they have people who are smokers, and they allow the residents to smoke in their rooms. I didn't want my parents exposed to that. The staff member was very knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all our questions. They were playing a game when we went there.

We visited and they were wonderful. The staff member that gave us the tour explained it very well, and went out of her way to accommodate my brother-in-law. I thought the residents looked happy, and the rooms were quite nice. It was a lovely place, but it did not fit what we're looking for.

It was very nice, it was very clean, and they were very nice people. We're pretty impressed with it, and we're considering it. The staff was very kind, answered questions, showed us around, and did a marvelous job. The room was spacious, clean, and semi-private, but it was very nice. They showed us the courtyard, the activities the people are involved in, and my mother can take part in it.

It was very good. We had lunch, and it’s very good; they even had a gluten free dessert for me -- a special dessert. The rooms were nice but small. The staff was very friendly and nice too. The location and the surroundings were good. There seemed to be activities going on while we were there. The manager that met us was very attractive.

Everything's fine here. We like it. They have very nice rooms. The food's good. The dining room is very clean and spacious too. The staff members are attentive and the facility is close to where we are. We're pretty satisfied with this facility's services.
