My mom has moved into the facility. It's very good. The staff was really good and helpful. They furnished her a bed and dresser that somebody had donated there. So, all we had to do was take our clothes and our personal stuff. It's nice. She was in memory care for the first two weeks and she's doing so good, so they put her into the assisted living part. For activities, she colors a lot, and she likes the Bible study. She loves the food. They were on quarantine for a while, but now they are off it. They've had to quarantine for about two weeks because Covid was going around. It was the employees, not the patients. So, they just kept them all in their rooms to stay and eat.

I went here and it was a nice place to be. The memory care area was nice and clean. The lady who took me around was very friendly. The rooms were good-sized. I just didn't get to talk to any managers other than the lady at the front desk. Nobody else was there, because everybody was on vacation for holidays, but she did the best she could.

I like the facility, but we decided that it's just not going to be a good fit for mom. She needs a little bit more care, she needs more than assisted living. I didn't get to see any interactions between the staff and the patients because they had just gone on lockdown, but the place looked clean and everything that they told me about the place sounded good. I didn't see anything that I didn't like about it. The staff I met were very friendly, they seemed very caring. It was neat, the outside was well-manicured, it looked like they had a good setup for taking showers and things like that. They had a courtyard, they had a place for family gatherings, like if you wanted to have a little birthday party or something. They had a hair salon, they had a room for physical therapy, and they had a large dining room that looked pretty nice.

The staff was super friendly. The lobby was what you would expect in a 5-star hotel. It was super nice and everything was so clean. They had a spaghetti family dinner night, which my dad would enjoy, and he could be transported to and from his dialysis appointments because the clinic was on the same street. Even if their transporter couldn't make it that day, somebody in the facility would happily take him. There's a beauty salon, a movie theater, and bookshelves with books on them. The person who showed me around was super friendly. The dining area was big and had enough room between the tables for a wheelchair. The sample room was good, but a little smaller than I had expected it to be and compared to some of the other ones I had seen, but it was homier. It was clean, beautiful and nicely decorated.

They prepare good food that's warm. The housekeeping ladies that clean my room do a great job. I still enjoy my independence and am able to drive to the restaurants and shopping across the street.

It is a safe environment, providing a structure that my mother can operate with confidence and be comfortable. There are sufficient activities in which she can participate. There are many caring staff members.

It is a lovely place. I like the place, and it's nice and clean. The place is beautiful, and they seemed to care about my mother-in-law's health and well-being. She's got a little buzzer around her neck, and they come when she calls. My husband said they need extra help.

I didn't even visit any of the others when we found out they had an opening all of a sudden. My husband is in the memory care. It’s in my hometown, and my mother had been there. The staff is great. He’s in physical and occupational therapy, and they have activities in the afternoon and in the morning. The food is mostly good, and he eats everything. They say he cleans his plate. I’ve been very pleased. They’re renovating and almost through with the memory care, and I’m sure it’s going to be beautiful when they completely finish it.
