My mom moved into Clemson Heritage Senior Living. We chose it because it was nicer and it was run professionally. Everything they said they were going to do, they did, so far. The staff is nice and very thorough. The food is good. They have some kind of activity at 2:00 every day. They do bingo, crafts, and that sort of thing. It is cheaper than where she was and they're doing 10 times better.

Clemson Heritage Senior Living was wonderful. I loved it, but it was just so expensive. It was clean. It had everything we were looking for, but we didn't qualify for the price. It is a private facility, there's no chance of having any kind of assistance through Medicaid or anything. It was laid out pretty well. We didn't get to see any of the apartments because they were all full, but the staff did show us inside the facility that had assisted living and independent living. It was easy to get around. It wasn't cluttered. The staff was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very personable. They seemed to care a lot about the people that were there.

My brother-in-law has moved into Clemson Heritage Senior Living. The lady who does admissions, Bailey, does an excellent job. The community seems to be very caring, open, and very helpful. It's large, and they have open areas for people to congregate, which is great and get to know one another. It's very clean. I don't know if they've renovated recently, but it seems to be very up-to-date on furniture. There are TVs available for the residents to enjoy. His apartment is spacious, available to have chairs, a television, a bed, and a chest of drawers. It is clean and it has a large bathroom.

Clemson Heritage Senior Living was a nice community. Some of the residents were in the dining area while we were there, others were out back on the patio, and a couple were talking on the telephone. The place looked great. They showed me the studio and the next size to that and I liked both of them. The building was very clean and nice-looking. They provide transportation and medications daily, and they would have a doctor and a nurse practitioner that come in one or two times a week. They had a salon, a workout room, and a library, too. The facility and the staff were great, except for the price.

My sister moved into Clemson Heritage Senior Living. It's very clean and I like that. It's very attractive, too. The little studios are very, very small, though, and my sister was a little bit bothered with that. But it was affordable, and you have to go with what you can afford. So, for the price, I think it's certainly a nice place. Plus, the staff that I've dealt with are nice people. Her room's very clean, but it's very small. That's a little bit of a problem for her because she's a little bit claustrophobic. But, I think she'd be able to adjust. If you prop a door open that would be better, and so I got a doorstop and I'll go there later. The bathroom is a very good size. The other room has a bed and a little bitty kitchen, and it's very clean. The dining area is extremely nice and clean. Overall, my sister likes the food. She doesn't usually go for breakfast because it's at 7:30. She's on oxygen and has to do breathing treatment, so it is a little too early for her. She has breakfast like an oatmeal in the microwave or something in her room. If you have a plate brought in it's $5 extra, which is OK, but she just doesn't like to eat there. They have several activities for them. They bring in music, and they have an activity room for them to use if they want to. My sister's not real outgoing, and because of having to drag the oxygen along, I don't know that she'll participate in a lot of activities. They do take them out once a week, either to Walmart or to Ingles. I would certainly recommend it, especially for people who are concerned about finances. My only drawback is that the place is extremely small, but I think it's excellent value for the money.

My tour at Clemson Heritage Senior Living was nice. The room that they showed me was also very nice and the person who gave the tour was very pleasant. She couldn't answer all the questions, but that wasn't her position and she was just asked to do the tour since it was a Saturday. Their food smelled good but I didn't eat there, their residents were having lunch when we got there. They had different activities, they had a hair salon and common areas for when residents don't want to eat in the dining area so they can eat there instead. The place and the rooms were clean, they just need more closet space. I didn't see anything wrong and everyone we talked to was pleasant.

My father moved in at Clemson Heritage Senior Living. One thing I like about it is that it looks new. They keep it in such great shape. They've got a caring staff. My dad thinks the food is really good. He's had a couple of falls, and they handled those things very well. Dad has one of the smaller L-shaped rooms, but he has a refrigerator and a nice sink. It is very up-to-date. The carpet looks new. He has a huge bathroom with easy access for anyone with a wheelchair or with a walker. We go by there quite a lot, so we've had interaction with a lot of the different staff. They're all outstanding. They have a ton of activities. They have opportunities to go outside if you want to sign up for that. They just had an Elvis night where they showed an Elvis movie and had popcorn and drinks. They have bingo, a pool table, an on-site barbershop, and a beauty shop. We looked at 9 different places a couple of times, and this is by far the best of them all, with the best value.

I visited Clemson Heritage Senior Living. The facility is beautiful and very inviting. I think she said it was like three years old. It's nice. The common areas or the gathering areas are super nice with good seating and an environment that would make people comfortable. The rooms that I toured were small. I didn't get a lot of information from the staff, she just basically showed me around. The dining area is beautiful, but I did not sample any food. I saw a couple of residents doing puzzles, I didn't see any structured activities, but they had a full calendar that I looked at.

Clemson Heritage Senior Living was beautiful. It was clean and had lots of bright lights so people could see where they were going. They had a nice area to eat. They had a good menu and people looked happy and content. They had showers and they would do the laundry for the people. Then they had a get-togethers and a piano. There was freedom of movement there. It was very nice. I also liked the rooms. They were large and they had big bathrooms that they could move in and out of comfortably and a lot of privacy.

We are going to be moving my mom to Clemson Heritage Senior Living. Of all the places that were recommended, this was the most convenient one for us to get to. It's also the newest. It's brand new and really, really nice. We toured their assisted living, and the person who gave us the tour was terrific. We were just there a little while ago to sign all the papers. Her name is Amy, and she was really, really helpful. It's a good place. They had a courtyard and it was really nice. There's also a sunroom, a library, and an exercise room.

What I liked best about Clemson Heritage Senior Living was it was new. They had an entire building that had not been occupied, so we did not see many people on that visit. We didn't go where the residents were living. They had plenty of opportunities for the residents. They were extremely clean. They had lots of open areas for the residents to visit each other. They had a TV room, pool room, and gym. The staff was extremely helpful and extremely nice. It seemed like they had larger areas for the residents to visit like in the gym, the chapel, and the common areas. Clemson is a little farther for me. It's more congested in that area, and that is the only reason that I don't think we will be putting my parents there. Otherwise, it was a great place.
