Saint Elizabeth Court is a wonderful, clean facility with good food and kind and caring staff. My mom, who has dementia couldn't be happier there! She has lived there for three years now and has made many good friends. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to take good care of their loved one!

Saint Elizabeth Court had pretty well-kept apartments. They're very clean, very neat, and very convenient. It was closer to the hospitals and doctors in the metropolitan Providence area. My mom needed a higher level of services, and what they've provided was satisfactory. My dad also stayed there, and the people were wonderful. They did what they could with the limited staff that they had. They had daily activities either a bingo game or entertainment. They would also participate in some of the outings, like trips to a local ice cream shop, to the beach, or to have a nice dinner out. The activities were pretty decent. They had arts and crafts for the women and card clubs for the men. One of the things that my mother definitely did not like was their food. Their menu was not assorted. They pretty much had the same thing every week. It was either cold, undercooked, overcooked, or all of the same thing.

Saint Elizabeth Court is an assisted living community. It's a very nice building and very clean. I'm impressed and I don't have any complaints. My mom is having a little bit of a hard time adjusting, but otherwise, it's where she needs to be. The staff is very attentive. It's decorated in sort of a Victorian style in an older building that's all renovated. There are couches, rocking chairs, and there's a dining room and two libraries. They have a desk, and when we first walk in we sign in and out, because they like to know who's in the building in case of an emergency. All the other residents are very friendly and very welcoming. My mother's apartment is a 1-bedroom that's very nice, and it has a large bathroom. They have bingo, adult coloring, sing-alongs, a book club, every day it's something different, and they also have shopping trips.

Saint Elizabeth Court changed their director who was there for 7 years and they had a nice old man that was the director and he ran the place. My sister is mentally challenged; she can't find things. That's typical of old people but when I took her away for a weekend and I came back, her TV had fallen off the wall. That doesn't fall off the wall unless someone bumps it. They blamed me. To me, they're not managing their help well. A lot of people; there are about 65 beds. It's an average place and it's clean. The food isn't that great. The staff needs to learn to speak in English. I wouldn't say it's a language barrier but they choose to speak their own language when they are together and they don't speak English.
