This place is horrible the staff is horrible and rude and don’t care. They treat my parents horrible In this place and I will like this place to be shut down. They hire staff that don’t care about the patients and only care about a paycheck. I don’t recommend anyone put their loved ones in this horrible dirty facility. Im gonna keep praying that this place closes down as I find a better facility to put my parents in. The managers and supervisors should be ashamed of themselves and I can not wait to hear back from someone to let them know how bad their staff and facility is!

My grandmother lives here sadly because she’s too old to live on her own because of safety issues regarding her going outside without clothes on and wondering the streets at night. When we visit her the place smells really terrible and you can never find staff. I’m pretty sure they forgot to feed my grandma a few times and we can’t really prove this unless we set up a nanny cam or something. The staff forget to give her baths sometimes. I’m not one hundred percent certain but I think the staff are also not giving her the correct medication. Again we can’t prove this without installing a nanny camera.

Our loved one experienced extremely neglectful care and monitoring from this place--even at the most basic level of nursing. It was truly shocking and heartbreaking to see our loved one rapidly deteriorate under their neglectful care. Moreover, their communication about our loved one's condition and progress was deplorable. Had we checked out the Medicare.gov Nursing Home Compare website, we would have seen the much below average ratings and that "this nursing home has been cited for abuse." We would have avoided this place at all costs. Don't make the same mistake that we made. Place your loved one someplace else.
