Arbor Terrace Willistown is very clean and very pleasing. The staff has been wonderful. They're working with my mom to see what she can and can't eat. They're doing the best they can with that. If she says she's still hungry, they'd get her something. I've seen them do exercise classes, do local outings, have movie days, and go out to different stores.

Arbor Terrace Willistown was very nice. The floor plan was very well thought out. It wasn't confusing; it was very simple. The windows were so that you could not hear the noise outside. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very nice and very knowledgeable. The rooms were a lot bigger than the other places I saw. It did not have a lot of things, but it had a lot of activities. They had an arcade and pool tables, and they had kind of like a bowling alley. Their dining room was attractive.

We went to Arbor Terrace Willistown. What we didn't care about was the fact that they did not have a dedicated dining area. There might have been a problem with getting mom ready since she needs care with bathing and dressing and so on and meeting that schedule for dining at breakfast time would've been very, very difficult. Since the dining area is a multi-use area, they would have to close it down and that would've made it very difficult. That was a big drawback. While we were there, they were having a music activity and the music activity only had one staff member, and most of the residents were wandering and not focused, so that was a concern. When you have 25 or 27 people and only one staff member, that's not good staffing. The staff was very nice and accommodating though, and I was very impressed with them.

We have chosen Arbor Terrace Willistown for my parents. It looks really beautiful. There's a lot of space for people to spread out and find an area that they're interested in. I also felt like their outdoor space is very pretty and they have a good amount of activity hapening on the floors and in the activity room for seniors. I did not eat a meal, but I did have a muffin. The staff were very friendly and very helpful in answering any questions that I had. They have a library and a theater. They also have an outside place like gardening areas and a fire pit that I think would be nice for both of my parents as they are going in as a couple, and they have different things that they're interested in.

I toured Arbor Terrace Willistown for my dad, and it was very nice and well-kept up. My issue is with distance, so I am trying to find something that is good and close to my home. I have no complaints about Arbor Terrace. It was very nice, and everybody there was very helpful. I liked everything about it. The only thing that I was not thrilled about was that it does not come furnished. Everybody was very friendly, and they seem to be interacting with the residents. They are very informative. I thought it was kept up nicely, clean, attractive and has a home-like feel.

It is really small, and hardly has any grounds. If you want to gather around, watch football, and drink whiskey, this is your place. It felt like they were really intent on having a good time. I didn't like the staff member at all, she did not smile, and she was not warm and fuzzy. We observed somebody smoking, and they were taking pictures of everybody in their Eagles' attire. A couple of the residents were on professional sports teams in Philadelphia. However, it was not a place for my in-laws. They have a rehab center, but no pool, or fitness center.

This would have been the one we selected for Dad. It's the best fit for us. The rooms were all pretty standard, nice, and very apartment-like but homey. Donna was very nice and made the place seem very welcoming. It was fairly new and secure, so we felt comfortable. They showed us the dining area, and it was nice and very clean.

It was fairly new. It was not quite as large as the other place we went to, but it was very nice. They serve three meals a day. They have lovely and nice people.

I liked it a lot, but it was just a little bit too far from my sisters. It's a generally new facility. I think it was only less than a year old, so it's very, very nice. The dining as well as the food was very good. The person that we talked too was very good. If my sisters were closer, we would have chosen this facility.

Mom is here. It is brand new, and everything is really good. My mother is loving it right now. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They offer activities from arts and crafts to movies to baking; they do everything there, and it is really nice. They have a salon and a rehab. They have everything, and I will recommend them to others.
