My husband is in a personal care facility and that place is called Angels Family Manor. It's gross, it smells, and it's dirty. Everybody there has an issue of some sort. It's overcrowded. They won't let my husband take a tray to his room to eat and he refuses to eat in the dining area because there are so many incontinent people in there and they just sit there and poop in their diapers and stuff when you're trying to eat and it's gross. I know they can't help it, but he describes that all the time. My husband is the only one who has his own room there. Mostly, there are anywhere from 2 to 4 people in each room, but he has a 'private room.' He is in there alone, but it's gross. It's just not upkept. It's really nasty. And then he has to share a bathroom with all the people on that floor. They combine the dining area with the activities room, but I don't think they do any activities. I've never seen anyone doing any activities. But the room that they dine in is not like one big area. It's like a couple of different spaces and it's just all cluttered with all kinds of stuff. I didn't even know what that room was. When we went in there and he said, 'Oh, people eat in here,' and I was like, 'Ew!' Other than that area, when you first walk in the place, there's like a small room, and there's another space there and they have these dilapidated chairs and couches and stuff. People just sit down there and there's nothing there to do and there's no TV. They're just up against each other, and it's all soiled, nasty, and awful.
