There is a $100,000 initial deposit and entrance fee here at Vincentian Villa, but you or your heirs can get back $90,000 when you leave. The apartments are lovely and each has a balcony or a patio. The maintenance men that are here are good, but there's a shortage of maintenance staff. There are nice activities and nice amenities. They will take us to the grocery store and to our doctors (that's free within five miles), and they will take us to get our haircuts. We have a book club, a Bridge club, a Bible study, card playing like 500, oftentimes/once a month a movie, and then there's always some sort of entertainment once a month, too. We have to pay for the meals, but the meals will be delivered to your door. There's no dining room. I was happy with the food I had. I've been very happy with the place and I love my apartment. I'm just so pleased with it. It's two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a nice-sized kitchen, and a nice-sized living room. The whole place is the least expensive of all the places that I've looked at.
