I found Hayes Manor Retirement Residence for my father. The people are pretty nice. The facility is clean. They're very communicative with me, and they provide my dad with his needs. He likes it there. The staff is very nice. He likes the food. They have a hairdresser, a calendar of activities, bingo, and a chapel. He's visually impaired, so he doesn't really participate in those things. When I went on the elevator to go up to my dad's room, they had a whole calendar of different things they do. It's cheaper than the other places.

We went to Hayes Manor Retirement Residence. The grounds were what I liked the most. I like Victorian homes, and the whole structure was fine to me. My sister didn't like it because it's dark, but that's what Victorian homes are. They didn't have electricity hanging from the ceiling everywhere. The rooms were small. I like the staff and how welcoming they were. It was very, very nice. It's a fine place. I would've sent my parents there. Their pricing was the best.

My friend moved into Hayes Manor Retirement Residence. So far, so good. Everybody has been great so far. Her room is nice and comfortable. They have internal activities with folks, but she can't participate cause she's quarantined for the first 14 days. It's comfortable, it's affordable, the staff seemed very friendly, and the location is good for us.

Hayes Manor Retirement Residence was pleasant, but it catered to a lot of people who had disabilities. I found the place to be OK. The food was OK, and the dining area was pleasant. They had bingo, somebody from outside would entertain them once a week, and they go shopping at nearby stores. The room that I saw had a bathroom shared with the next apartment. The staff was very friendly.
